I always order online for mi nino. He loves picking up his order from this Starbucks near his house. He loves the English muffin with sausage, egg and cheese. He also enjoys the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Blended Beverage with his chocolate chip cookie.

They have the worst customer service I have ever had! I live close so this is only one available. Every single time I order online they never have it available and I have to ask and then they start making it. To top it off they are all rude. I don’t think they know how to smile. Get a new job if you hate it so much!

This location is down the street from our house, so it’s easy for us to go here and get our coffee after dropping our son off at school. BUT, for the past month or so…the wait times have been INSANE! Then this morning, I ordered for pick up at 8:44AM. The door was locked when we got there. ? We called the store 5 times while we waited in line and got a busy tone each time. Then when we finally got to the window and told the guy we ordered for pick up but the door was locked so we couldn’t go in, he said next time let us know through the speaker. No apologies, nothing. He handed us our drinks and didn’t say a word. My husband has a calm demeanor, but that really ticked him off. We didn’t get out of line until 9:20AM. I think we will start going to the one on University. It’s out of the way, but my goodness this one has messed up with us too many times. The times we’ve been to the University location have been just fine. No issues at all. Also, when I got home I realized my drink was light in weight. Opened it up and saw that it was not completely full. We were like where is the rest of it!? Has not been a good experience there recently. Here’s a question though, why does the app allow you to order for pick up in store when you can’t? Would it be a good idea to have the app read “in store pickup unavailable” or “drive thru pick up/ordering only” ? I know the app says order ahead not available, but it would be great to know that in store pickup isn’t available ahead of time so we’re not put in an inconvenient situation like today….

Busy location, consider ordering at least 10 minutes ahead. Staff do an amazing job handling the volume at the drive thru. Overall descent location. Interior is a open and does not offer much as to privacy. Outdoor patios are available but is located in a windy corridor.

I asked for a peppermint WHITE mocha. When he handed it to me i took a sip and knew it was a regular peppermint mocha, so i had them remake it. Only to make the EXACT same thing. I was there for maybe 15 minutes. But i didn't taste it till i got home, assuming he wouldn't make the same mistake again. I work night shift and all i want is to have my coffee i need around 3am! When i tried to call the line keeps saying busy! Tell your employees to read carefully and pick up the pace please. Our $8 coffees deserve to be made right lol

this starbucks is the worst! it's downright filthy inside & they were too busy socializing with an employee who was off work to get busy on making drinks for the long line of people in the drive thru and the mobile orders. they also had tons of boxes of product just sitting out. my sandwich was completely fine and so was my coffee. but it was a dirty vibe in there and they should take more pride in their store.

Hands down the slowest starbucks I've ever been too the 3 times I have visit this location same thing , honestly waiting 30 mins is normal and only 10 cars max in front of you it's truly crazy ,even starbucks in airports move lines

Coffee here tastes HORRIBLE. Like stale beans and real bad water. It is bad. Bathrooms here have never seen a cleaning product? Napkins for paper towels? Makes me wonder what is even going on behind the counter. Ew. Corporate needs to be called on this place.

I love it but now they only have coffee i ask for a apple croissant and A cheese Danish but they don't have it I don't know what is the problem here that they never have sandwich or snacks i think you need to change your manager or Training them how to do a horden That way they don't run out of product.
