Worst customer service ever. These females have no manners and it really showed. Walked out with no food and without my refund. Disgusting. Don't order or eat here .

Worst Subway Ever. Worker had the audacity to sit there and make a SLOPPY SUB while she complained about all the online orders saying out loud "these people are lazy I'm tired of all these online orders they need real wives to cook some dinner at home" my partner did not want to eat the messy they were try to serve so before it was done he called me to get a refund. When I walked in the older Hispanic female had the worst attitude. Said she's there all day and it was a "joke" then the other dike female who had nothing to do with it told me to step outside to fight . Great customer service definitely recommend this place if you want to walk out with a headache and no food OR REFUND. I have video of the whole incident and have contacted corporate.

I am disappointed. I ordered a sandwich online and it was missing all of the fixings I ordered, mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil. I had a dry sandwich and only a 30 minute lunch so I wouldn’t be able to have them correct. Please have employees pay attention to the detail. Customers pay for their food, mistakes happen but can easily be prevented.

Angela provided great service today, she said she usually provides service at the hospitality location but she covered this location today, I really appreciated her respectful and happy attitude, she was also very understanding and made my and other 2 sandwiches very fast and perfect! Thank you for you’re patience and help Angela, I look forward to continue my customer service at subway because of employees like you, and of course the food is also good ?

Honestly the servers were great! Sarah was a pleasure and was kind. Did great sales and was pleasant. Clean. But the people who show up as customers are crazy. During my stay this lady was so rude she freaked on on the staff and she was so confrontational and overall a bit much. The employees did nothing wrong.

Hitting up any IE Subway is like asking for a bad time but this one actually stands out as the only customer-satisfaction-focused location in the area. This perspective is based on the three times I've been here. They're courteous, pleasant, and accommodating. The parking lot kinda sucks cuz there's no shade and you can only go one way but no big whoop. They no longer have all the fancy iced teas and aguas frescas they used to sell but the machine still sits there, empty, which is unfortunate. It's roomy and has a nice layout.
