Horrible experience so much mustard on my sandwich wasn't even funny the woman who made my sandwich seemed like she was already irritated . Really sucks to really have to go to work and then then school an have my lunch and have to go through this .

Ordered online for fast pickup, walked in before a client , server wasn’t busy beforehand expected my order to be ready by then , had to wait for my order to be ready for more than 10 minutes. Pointless to had order online .

If you go early when they just opened, most likely they'll make your subs with bread from the day before and sometimes the workers are grouchy ( wich I understand if they are not getting paid well)

Very unprofessional. was there around 2:30 on December 23, 2021 and the girl was rude. Very mean spirited. I lost my patience with her. i needed to use the restroom and she asked me if I was going to buy something I told her I would and she still wouldn't open the door for me, I offered her some money to let me in and she still said she was busy in the middle of something. Well I'm a fifty year old that cannot hold it. And I had to say what needed to be said. Drove all the way to target where I was allowed to use the restroom like a human being. Not sure what triggerEd this gal to deny the restroom use. But I'm glad I was able to hold it in. I hope when she's my age she doesn't go through the same discomfort I went through. Mind you it was raining outside.

All I gotta say is if you hate your job, then don't be there. These girls always got attitude. Never a welcoming. Always in a rude tone "what kind of sandwich" even when you tip them they just don't ever say thank you or grab it angrily. This place seriously needs to work on customer service. I'm a server and if I acted like that, my boss would let me know from the beginning but obviously this owner don't care cause there's multiple complaints and these girls still seem to have something going on.

Got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot sub. They claim they only toast the bread with the meat. That it was odd that I can't have the meat cooked. I have been to over 100 subways. This is the only one that told me this.

This subway has really gone downhill lately. They used to be quick and friendlier. Today I ordered a sub online 35 minutes ahead of time and when I got here it was not ready. They weren't even going to tell me, they just started making it, no apology or acknowledgment. I asked and she said it's not ready and kept going, no customer service skills at all. It wasn't even busy in there. This was truly disappointing.

Never again. This place is always closed hours before their posted closing time. Even their adjusted hours posted on their door! As part of an airline crew staying at a hotel down the street, I will be advising all future crews to avoid this place. Not worth the hassle. There is a Jimmie John's in the other direction from the hotel.

I ordered online but store closed early before closing time employee was so rude and she said she is not giving me any refund or she is not cancel my order so I just paid for nothing and they waist one hour of my time, also there is no option to call customer service and talk. That was horrible experience. I never thought someone talk to me like she did after I paid my order and drove to store
