Don’t honor coupons as advertised. Poor customer service and skimp on ingredients.

Since I have moved to california every subway I have gone to has been extremely long weights for someone to take my order and then for them to make it. Once I get my food, it's good. I have no complaints but the extremely long weight even when I order ahead is too much. I will not go to Subway unless it's the absolutely only place to go.

Walked in this place and the worker looked cracked out ? , his shirt was so filthy, he was rude as hell. I walked out as fast as I walked in there. I would not recommend anyone to come here, I don’t even know how this location is still open. And they don’t even accept most of the coupons subway sends out anyways.

Had to be the nastiest sandwiches me and my son ordered. Meet ball sauce was water basically. Soggy wet sandwiches. Didn't even have marinara sauce in them. No refund was told to call Monday.

Don't try this place????First at all employees with attitude. They use half of the fridge for the vegetables, so it's all messed up. Then they don't take most of the coupons. So they rather to trash the sandwich than accept the coupon. VERY RIDICULOUS.My recent visit to a Subway restaurant was an utterly disappointing experience that left a bitter taste in my mouth, thoroughly cementing my decision to never return. From the moment I stepped foot inside, it seemed as if the staff had undergone intensive training in delivering the absolute worst customer service one could possibly imagine.First and foremost, the sullen and indifferent employees appeared to be more interested in their own conversations than attending to the needs of the customers. Their lackadaisical attitude bordered on outright rudeness, as they barely acknowledged my presence, let alone greeted me with any semblance of enthusiasm. It was as if they were doing me a favor by making a sandwich, which is inexcusable in any service-oriented establishment.Moving on to the food itself, I must say it was a true testament to subpar quality. The vegetables were limp and lifeless, as though they had been sitting out for hours on end. It was abundantly clear that freshness was not a priority here. The meat slices were so paper-thin and tasteless that I could hardly differentiate between the varieties on offer. Furthermore, the bread itself was stale, lacking the softness and freshness one would expect from a sandwich shop of any caliber.Adding insult to injury, the restaurant's strict policy of not accepting any coupons felt like a slap in the face. I have been a loyal customer of Subway for years, and to be denied the opportunity to save a few dollars through legitimate means only serves to demonstrate their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. To summarize, my visit to this particular Subway location was a culmination of disappointment and frustration. The lousy customer service, abysmal food quality, and refusal to accept coupons made for a truly abhorrent experience. I highly advise potential patrons to steer clear of this establishment if they value their taste buds and expect even a modicum of respect from the staff.

The perfect sandwich. All the veggies with the right seasoning.

During our stay in San Bernardino we ate at this Subway three times. The sandwiches were prepared as requested, the people making the sandwiches were pleasant and quick. Bread was fresh and the restaurant was clean.

Overcharged and undercut. This place uses less ingredients than any other subway I have been to in the last 6 months, and they charge over. Dollar more for the same combo as every single other subway. This is the type stuff that makes me stop returning. There is nothing worse than greedy businesses.

Horrible One older gentleman working the counter- making sandwiches and ringing orders up.You could tell he was nervous/frazzled.He also did not seem clean, I regret having lunch here.I do not recommend this locationI do not recommend subway at all, I don't think I've ever had a good experience at any I've been at. I don't know why I waste (d) my time going again.

If I could score less I would. Charged $2.50 for four thin slices of avocado(footlong order) basically a quarter of an avocado.

This subway only accepts a limited amount of coupons at this location first time I hear this for any major big business. Just an FYI but everything here seems like a normal subway besides that

Not much space for dining in. They have several notices about a lot of Subway coupons they don't accept. Service was good and food was great.
