Terrible. We had to throw all 3 footlongs away. We went on a Saturday to grab lunch for a picnic down the road. Three girls were working. All three were busy talking instead of helping customers.

This is San Bernardino you need better employees inside of the store who can handle ethnic people. I will not put her name out there but the heavy-set woman who is often there is not friendly at all. This is got to be the worst subway in the I.E. every other Subway that I step into hi welcome to Subway here this woman always wears her attitude on her face. Business is business I'm not here to fraternize with you but the least you can do is have a proper greeting and the lettuce looks like it all needs to be thrown away

Got a sandwich last night will never go to this place again. The employee was so rude to my boyfriend and I for no reason at all. Not only did I have to deal with her I had to deal with such slow service. I waited the for at least 10 minutes with no one in front of me. She was just talking mess and mumbling under her breath and yelling at my man to speak louder. She was eyeballing ,and rolling her eyes at the people that were sitting at the tables behind us. Just all over attitude. It seemed she was just taking her anger out on the customers. She was also arguing with her co worker while I was standing there for so long.I wish I would have never walked through those doors. I love subway but not this location. I'm not one to usually review but this was just upsetting.

They were toasting my sandwish and they took my lunch and left it aside and they went to take care of another person who arrived after me and asked how long I should wait and they did not answer me and they continued attending the other person who arrived after my , this is my first time to come to this subway and I do not think I'll come back because I did not feel good service
