I am so disappointed at the lady there today. I come 2-3 times a week and never had an issue. I order online. Today I was rushing and instead of ordering a bottle drink it logged a fountain drink. She said she could not exchange it. I said I get a bottle drink every time. She said someone else must have been there. I said it was you here. She’s looking for the order. So I looked up the price as if I’m going to make another order. It’s the exact same price! She still would not exchange the cup for the bottle because of “inventory”. Not sure why she was in a bad mood today. As she’s familiar with me because I come 2-3 times a week. But I guess I will have to drive to Rialto. Such a shame. I hate to write this review because I never encounter this issue before. I even called another Subway and the manager said she would have just changed the drink for me. I don’t know what her name is but she wouldn’t let me talk with a manager. She said she’s “in charge today”…

I have never had a problem with this location. I used to think it was one of the better ones. I ordered a sandwich through the app using a promo code. They got my bread and protein right but instead of putting the toppings on that I wanted. They put in extra onions and black olives. I did not ask for either of these toppings. On my receipt that was taped to the bag I saw my order. I believe they did this deliberately, because I had a coupon and did not tip. To the worker that did this. If you hate your job so much, where you deliberately ruin peoples lunches maybe you should get a new job!

Hailee is the BEST subway employee i've ever talked to, she made me a delicious pizza with bacon and pepperoni!!! i ate it all btw! and the purple hair girl to!

This subway is the best around the area , I noticed this place is super clean the countertops are just what anybody can expect. The service is up to standards, staff is on point .I am coming back for sure to this location again;

I came in and order 5 footlong sandwiches, the girl working Saturday nights needs a new job. Rushing people thru orders because you don’t want to work isnt my problem. Terrible service

came in to get a sandwich after my gym sesh because i was starving. i walk in a a young man is on his phone doesn't acknowledge me at all, jumps over the counter and walks out. no body is seen for a minute or so then a lady with colored hair and a nose piercing comes out to take my order. she seems very unhappy to be there. doesn't even look at me is just very blunt and she seemed like i interrupted her or something. subway do better and hire people who can at least fake a smile and say hello.

Sandwiches were soggy, but edible. We ordered the meals, for the ridiculous amount of $42, and when we received it...no drinks and nochips. I called to get a refund, or a discount on a later meal. The young lady said it was my husband's fault for not requesting the items that i had already paid for with PayPal. I made the order online and asked him to pick it up on his way home, so he relied on the worker's expertise to give him the full order! No professionalism at all. This is not the first time having problems withthe University Subway in the Ralph's shopping center. The one on Sierra way will get my business from now on!

On University Parkway plaza, limited parking in front , but more parking available.My son was craving for a Subway sandwiches. He ordered the foot long roast beef on wheat, toasted with provolone cheese and lettuce. Nothing else, pretty much plain. He loved it that way and gobbled it all up.I had the six inch oven garlic roasted chicken toasted on wheat with provolone cheese. I love the garlic aioli sauce on top of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers.Both sandwiches were nice and warm still when we got home to have it on a cold rainy day.

Had poor experience... customer service was terrible. Dont ask for what you actually want on your order. Shouldn't sell Philly (Phony) cheese steak.. plz go to a legitimate philly cheese steak place.

Ordered on Doordarsh and if wouldn't give me a option to change my order to a Flatbread so I called store and told them and they still couldn't do anything for me! Horrible customer service!

The staff here are always ready to work at 8am when I show up. Love the breakfast sandwiches here.Parking: Parking can get a little hectic because there’s a horrible gym next door and all the fake people are trying to get their New Year’s resolution done in time.

Place have a restroom with sign on the door " Restroom" , but you can't use, cashier told me "Sorry we don't have the Key" I won't be back to this place again.

Don't waste your time in coming here, the girl working here has a stinking attitude, and she seems to get upset when you ask her for a sandwich, as if that wasn't her job. Asco de persona.

It's the subway inside Walmart. The bread was very dry and probably they don't do a lot of business. Because there's no way your going there twice. The lettuce was turning like brownish and the girl kept saying ill be right with you.

Every time I come to this specific subway they charge me MORE for the same exact sub of the day that they charge me at any other subway. The staff needs to be properly trained on how to use the register before starting to charge customers, I do NOT recommend this specific location. Very disappointing.
