Stopped here on a whim after our escape room. Place was busy for a Sunday night at 730pm.It is a self service kiosk to order the drinks. All menu items came with pictures and a brief description which was nice when you don't know what to get or can't decide.A lot of tea options. Not so much blended drinks. Can opt for customized sweetness and ice levels which is always a nice touch. We had their panda milk tea and wintermelon latte, both at the recommended sweetness level but with less ice. Panda milk tea came with both honey boba and the brown sugar boba. Surprisingly was not too sweet with the 2 added bobas.I give it the "Not too sweet" nor is it too creamy/milky rating. I personally liked the tea flavor but it was too strong for my hubs.Would recommend for tea lovers!

So great to finally have a Sunright in San Bernardino! There aren't many great boba places in the area and Sunright's drinks are pretty decent. They have a good selection of drinks ranging from milk teas, fruit teas, and smoothies. For me, everything is pretty sweet so I like to dial the sweetness down to 75% for good measure. Service is good, you order using the kiosk and the drinks are made in a decent amount of time. Nice, bright-looking place to just grab a quick drink.

Would not recommend this boba place. Ordered my drink, thinking it would have Boba, since it didn’t offer an option to even add it realized it didn’t went back into ask for a side of Boba and they refused to sell me it. also, their matcha is not good. It tastes like grass. I ended up just tossing my drink away.

Food: best boba place in town, haven't found one that surpasses the flavor here yet. I'm usually sensitive to caffeine, so I always get the milk options that are caffeine free. Such a treat getting boba from here on long shifts via doordash, tried oreo boba milk tonight and absolutely loved the slush texture and taste of cookies and cream. Price: about $7 per drink, which is on the pricier side, but i suppose it's an occasional treat for me when I'm on a rough patch working long hours Ambiance: small shop without any inside tables, you can order using the wall kiosks, located on a strip mall Service: nice friendly people, no issues Parking: big row of parking outside within the strip mall, never had issues finding a spot before

My sister and I recently visited this place and she got a Thai Tea and I got the coffee drink. I really liked my drink it just needed more ice because I choose the light ice option. My sister didn't like her drink and ended up giving it away to another family member. There are people making the drinks but they don't greet you or acknowledge you unless it's to tell you to get your drink. You have to use those self service machines to order your drink. We were so stuck for like 5 min trying to figure out how to use the stupid machine because there is no instructions and the employees don't care to see if you need assistance. I absolutely hate these self service machines and the worse part is they ask you for a tip. Who am I tipping exactly? Myself for learning how to work there I guess. The service was horrible and having to learn to work a machine for a boba drink was not my favorite way to spend my Saturday. The drink was good though.

No one takes your order it's just a screen to order and when you ask for help they just point at their little machine and say you have to do it all there with no human contact until they give you your drink they just give it to you and thank you for coming. Place needs someone to interact with and take orders. They had 4 employees and none of them could help only two were busy.

Definitely our new spot for boba. The quality, taste, and tapioca balls are all very good. This will be our 3rd time here in 4 days and we brought the kids because they love boba and they definitely approved compared to other boba we tried. It's quick and easy to order because you order yourself in a kiosk so customer service isn't really there only when they call your order when it's ready.

My go to drink is the brown sugar espresso oat latte. I get it with the pudding and it is amazing. They are very helpful and will offer substitutes with no extra charge if they run out of anything. They also have a chill vibe but no tables to sit at.
