Didn't label food to know the difference, and customer service sucked waited 5 mins or longer and no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there even though they seen me at the register after I ordered on the kiosk and was waiting to pay. The atmosphere at the dinning area was clean but the kitchen was dirty and seen food being dropped carelessly. Other than that my food was the right temperature because I asked in advance to make sure the food was fresh and not cold . This was around 9pm.

The Taco Bell on Palmdale is the worst and customer service is beyond lacking. I ordered 3 meals “ box” and got this inside . All items where almost meatless and they refuse to fix

The employees at this particular restaurant are so rude. Nobody wants to take your order instead that tell you it used the kiosk. When you tell them that the item you want is not on the kiosk, they continue to ignore you, then another employee tells you to use a kiosk. So much for customer service.

This Taco Bell is kept clean and the workers are friendly and professional. The only thing I'm not happy about is how much the price is at Taco Bell have gone up. It's no longer a place I go that often because I can't afford it. I'm a senior on a very limited income. That I know of Taco Bell has no senior discounts available. And when my dad was alive when I'd go to get him food I know they have no military discounts either unless something is changed since then

Food is good but I'm sitting here looking at the metal chairs and bare minimum tables and it seems the comfort level of a prison. I hesitated coming here today but I like the chalupas. I thought about eating outside in my truck but ended up touching it out here

we’ve been going to this Taco Bell at least couple times a week . We drove through and ordered food a couple days ago on Friday night and we decided to eat in their parking lot , they forgot to give us half of the order, so I figured no big deal. I went and tried to go inside. The door was closed at that time ,knocked on the doorNobody respond,I went to one of the windows where they can see me knocked on the window, same person that was handling our order looked at me didn’t even bother to come closer to see what’s going on. He stayed behind the counter there’s about 50 feet between me outside and them inside. I showed the receipt and I was talking a little loud so they can hear me saying you forgot some of my order. he looked at his manager I guess her name Yvonne by the way she’s very rude she could’ve handled this completely different ,, same person that screwed up my order disrespectfully pointed his finger for me to go around ,at this time there’s about 15 cars in the drive-through so I walked to the drive-through window and I showed the receipt they didn’t even bother to open the window, so I called the number on the receipt. Same route manager, answered the phone and right away,She said in very rude manner I have no time to deal with you right now we are busy ,call the 800 number,I said, you charged me and you didn’t give me part of the order and she hung up, I couldn’t believe somebody put this person in charge .my wife suggested we drive through and talk to the manager and this time I drove through like they requested like we have nothing to do but deal with their unprofessional service ,I get to the window instead of her saying sorry for wasting our time and offer her apology. And give me my money back or at least the rest of my order, she wouldn’t open the window and she start smiling and laughing and she said she’s not giving me money or my food that paid for.I wish I can give no star at all ,Too bad taco Bell, hires unprofessional manager like Yvonne, to ruin our night, and the reputation.
