Sadly, this isn't the first time I've been to Viva La Boba, but because of this experience it may be. I arrive at 8:28, because Google said the business closed at 10. So, I arrive, and realize the sign says they close at 8. I'm about to leave after I ring the bell when a young lady offers to serve me. I accept, and order a large Thai tea with boba. I get it, walk back to my car, and am excited to drink it. But when I take the first sip, the boba is a viscous liquid and the tea is bitter and lacks sweetness. The boba isn't even in ball form, just slime. I spent $7.88 and left a $2 tip. So almost $10 for a drink I ended up throwing away. I hope I just went on a bad night, but this is going to keep me away for a while.

The drinks are great, second time coming here.. however I would assume it would already come with boba since the store is called Viva La BOBA but from now on I'll make sure to remind myself to always mention I want bobas in my drinks, coming here doesn't feel welcoming at all, then again we are in San Bernardino. I'm taking a hint it's the customers JOB to make sure to know what the store sells and what to ask for precisely, I'll be on my toes next time. Thank you.

This place is amazing came by because I needed a pick me up to a really rough morning with my pets. I found out they were actually closed for another half hour. But the wonderful co-founder Tansu of their store, still opened their doors to me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tansu. Let me just say it's refreshing to hear someone realize how amazing our city can be. If we just put showed some care into others and our city. The shop has a nice amount of seating where you could get read book And the tea is FIRE! Not too overly sweet but just enough Please support SB!

I was greeted right away by a nice smiling-face that was very knowledgeable of what to offer me considering my allergies and my dietary needs this was my 1st visit but I will be back. My tea was fresh and delicious. May I also add they have awesome gifts to pick up for some special or even your self

The drinks personal aren't good. My friend and family don't like it. I gave it different chances with different drinks, but none of them were great, just my opinion though.

One specific girl always a has a damn attitude and/or talks to people like they are stupid. Good boba tho. I won't be going anymore. Why do u have to ring a god damn bell for service if y'all can see thru glass? Hm. "It's not like we don't have a bell" when y'all see me thru the glass and heard me try getting in the door. But yeah act like I can't hear thru the glass That isn't soundproof.
