This is one of the reasons I don't like shopping and look so called black and brown neighborhood I spend my money this is why we grill twice a week I go there tonight my granddaughter doing the pp dance they tell me I can't let her in the bathroom that's not buy something so I spent $2.71 for a soda and I left it they will never get another dime for me big company that screw you over in the black and brown neighborhood

Horrible customer service, the girl that was cashier in the morning on September 2nd 2023 never once smiled and once she came around to take my order she walks up and gives me a what do you want look. I came in smiled and said hello and proceeded to order brushing off the initial bad vibe. She didn't ask what type of rice I wanted or any of the typical Waba grill mantra that I am accustomed to as I eat Waba regularly. When she scooped up the white rice I asked If I could have brown rice, was met with another dirty look and body language she threw the rice back and scooped up the brown rice with the bowl. When I received my order I simply told her Thank you, and have a nice day. Was ignored, so I said thank you again and she finally muttered have a nice day. So much more I can say but this was the worst experience at a Waba grill I have ever had. Felt uncomfortable eating in the store. Food was ok but not hot, not fresh, and the avocado I added was super cold. Please focus on ensuring good customer service at your stores as this reflects badly on your otherwise great company. Thank you.

There are better wabagrills than this one. like the one-off E Highland. It even has a drive-thru. They didn't give me my value veggie when I ordered it with two of my combos. the girl stated that she put them in one value veggie bowl because I ordered two, which didn't make sense, why would you put together an order? I then asked to separate it then proceeded to ask another worker and the worker corrected her. how are you not going to know what you sell at your own job? The bag was also tied as if they didn't want me to open the bag, double knotted. First time trying this location and definitely my last. the SoBe Life water was also orange, it's supposed to be pinkish, that worried me and their soda machine were not working for their other flavors.

This place NEVER EVER has white meat chicken. Literally NEVER. The service is garbage too. I don't always go to WaBa Grill but when I do they never have what I am craving. Such a let down, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Service sucks ! Owner to cheap to run the AC for customers, not handicap friendly at all !!!! Never return here strongly suggest avoid ! flies inside store Pan handlers outside. this review is from the summer of 2022Parking: few spots all full between Fred Loya ins. and 7/11 they have a charging spot for EV's

I did not get to try my food. This review is because of the kid coughing and touching my food. This was my first visit to your store. I ordered a steak rice bowl, extra sauce. I noticed 4 employees. A Hispanic girl that took my order, a Hispanic man cutting meat, a black guy finishing the order and bagging it, and one person that was sweeping in the back. I only saw the back of the person. The younger black guy had no gloves on, and was putting rice in a bowl and it looked like he did it with his hand, not even a utensil. I figured maybe he was making food for himself. He then coughed in to his elbow and put my bowl on the table and slid it to the Hispanic older man. The Hispanic man also did not have on gloves and touched the bowl. He then put a glove on and chopped steak and put it in the bowl. The black younger man disappeared to the back area for a few minutes. When he came back, he didn't have gloves on and had not washed his hands even though he had been in the back. He takes my completed bowl in his bare hands, puts sauce on it, coughs in to his elbow again, and covered my bowl. He coughed one more time before bagging my order and handed it to me. I didn't feel comfortable asking for a new bowl to be made so I left with the bowl. Because he coughed at least 3 times while touching my food, and did not wash his hands either, I will not eat this. No one should be working and touching food with their bare hands during covid, flu, and RSV season. Also, the Hispanic man and girl were not paying attention because they were joking around with each other. Kind of flirting, but they weren't coughing or touching my food with bare hands so I didn't mind what they were doing. I really don't want to call the store directly because the complaint is about someone who is there right now and that makes me uncomfortable. So basically I just wasted $10. Please send your sick employees home.

The brown rice literally smelled like it was steamed with piss water. I don't normally go out of my way to write a bad review unless I feel it is necessary.To the owner, please look into this as I scrolled through the reviews I saw that I wasn't the only person to complain about this.
