It's a good fresh ground beef burger..great tasting natural cut fries and good milkshakes. Would've given them 5-stars but the fries were a bit chintzy on the portion size given the price they charge.

1 hour and 15 minutes for a burger with fries. Yes, you read that correctly. I went to go try this place out with my friends for the very first time yesterday and we walked in with no greeting and confusion as to where the ordering line started. People were scattered all around the place so it was hard depicting where it was and when we finally all ordered (separately) the cook told us it would only take 20 minutes. At that point we should've just left and walked to the McDonald's across the street. However, we stayed and all my friends got there order 20 minutes apart although we ordered not even 1 minute apart from eachother. I was the last one to order and like I said before, 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES FOR A BURGER AND FRIES. No napkins and no condiments in the bag... just my fries thrown in the bag and my greasy burger sitting in there. It was literally laughable because Disneyland, DISNEYLAND doesn't even take this long. They said they prioritized the online orders before us which was disrespectful and didn't make any sense whatsoever. The whole time the workers were just talking and messing around and one hour into my order when I went to go ask what the hell was going on they said they're starting it right now. LOOOOOL they had barely put the patties down... to top it all off the food wasn't even good and I was better off ordering a kids meal at McDonald's. Will not be coming back and urge you to think twice or prepare waiting for an hour for a 4/10 meal.

I came to this wayback for a quick stop on my way to work. They kept messing up orders or forgetting something. I waited over 30 minutes for my food until finally someone from the back came out after the only 2 up front were running around trying to get all the orders. Very unorganized and not very well trained employees.

Food's great , especially the burgers . But the customer service sucks ! Walked in, no greetings. Everyone stood around talking and eating behind the counter. Lady at the front had an attitude the whole time while taking my order .

Burgers and fries are really good here. Fresh made to order. Worth the wait, definitely recommend. Shakes are good, cheesy burger or rodeo burger is great. Got to try the chicken sandwiches next.

WHAT HORRIBLE SERVICE. Figured we would try out a new place, since we were on work lunch. Horrible idea. Got a lettuce wrap burger, which ended up being a patty half the size of my hand, and a wilted piece of lettuce. Only one other customer in the store, but it took 35 minutes for my food. Heavy staffing, so that wasn't an issue but they were SO rude. 10 bucks for 1/8lb of meat, wilted lettuce, and a soda. Which when I asked for the soda I paid for, the lady looked at me like I was stealing. Yuck. Definitely won't go back.

I was in there earlier today and waited patiently for my food, there were several orders ahead of me and I still received my order in a timely manner. The girl who took my order (the shorter of the two girls) was pleasant and assisted me by recommending items off the menu. However this business will only be receiving 3 stars because of the way that the employees were being talked to. I'm unsure if he was a manager or the owner but an older man with glasses who was also working behind the counter talked to the employees terribly, as if they were stupid and he was frustrated to even be dealing with them. They were all working very hard, and the girl I mentioned above also seemed to be training a new person on top of it. It was discouraging to see a much older boss talk down to their employees (who couldn't have been older than 20 at the most), I could hear it across the restaurant and it made me feel very badly for the poor kids doing their best!

I visited this establishment July 17. I went in ordered food the female owner ruined my experienced. I feel so bad for the female worker working there. The female owner is unprofessional yelling at her ONE employee there in front of the whole store. Unprofessional, will be taking my money elsewhere

Everytime i’ve come i’ve enjoyed the food and the servers have been helpful. The female owner has constantly given me and my family a hard and rude time. The owners attitude can definitely change the atmosphere of this nice burger joint.
