Best carne asada fries hands down! Worth the trip down there. Good customer service is hit or miss because they tend to be very busy. Nice little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. You won't be disappointed in the food.

This was the worst Mexican food I've ever had while living in California. I ordered fish tacos and they were inedible, so I threw them away. The fish was not well seasoned, they were simply covered in Lawry's seasoned salt and the fish smell was still overwhelming. I'm disappointed, but I should have known better when they asked if I wanted CHEESE on my fish tacos (I declined).

Tried their carne asada sope today....and OMG!!! I got it delivery and it sat for over 20 minutes and it was STILL fire. Gonna have to pick up or eat in next time. If it was THAT good as is, I'm sure it's ridiculously good freshly made.

Ordered the carne asada fries and one shrimp taco (no picture). I came here after seeing tons of good reviews for carne asada fries. The portions were very generous, however, I was left super disappointed. The taste wasn't it and the fries tasted like it could've been in the fryer for longer. The guacamole sauce was watery and idk why it felt like I was just eating saucy fries. Barely any carne asada. Maybe a bad day? Will not be coming back tho. Kinda hard to beat San Diego carne asada fries unfortunately Shrimp taco was yummy, however very small.

I ordered online and service was accurate and fast! I drive by this place everyday but haven't tried it. We looked up the reviews and they looked pretty good so we decided to try it. We ordered the menudo with tortillas. I ate it so quick I forgot to take a before photo. It was DELICIOUS, even the tortillas were fresh made which was a great surprise. The inside was clean and lots of room to sit. The prices were great and the ladies working were super nice. Delicious hot fresh food and great customer service. We will be coming back for sure!
