This is the most poorly ran Wingstop I've had the misfortune of ordering from in my life. Every single time, without fail, my order has been either disgustingly messed up, incorrect, or missing parts of my order. Whether it's half an inch of lemon pepper dumped on my bone-in wings (when I ordered boneless), an entire missing flavor of wings, or my order being unnecessarily delayed while I'm the only customer, I am disappointed every single time I order from this location. I am disgusted by the way management refuses to take ownership of their store's mistakes, and the lack of empathy they display for others' hard-earned money. Just because the employees at this location have no regard for others, or any kind of customer service, doesn't mean that they should make their customers suffer and lose money on their worthless product. When I called to check on my missing items, I got hung up on and had to call back several times before I was assisted. Instead of their staff trying to find a solution, they argued with me and refused to even attempt to make it right. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this location, under any circumstances. The Grand Terrace location is clean, ran by kind employees, and actually cares about the quality of the food they're serving, unlike this unsafe, rude, and demeaning location. I will truly never return, and I hope that others will heed my advice and not waste their money at this disgusting place.

2024.02.27 ordered 2-15 piece (drum only @ $3.00 extra) for $54! You don't even get veggies or dressing for that amount it's extra! My order seemed OK to eat until 2 AM when I awoke to horrible & painful stomach cramps. I jumped out of bed & barely sat on the toilet when I had explosive diarrhea that smelled so bad a maggot would have choked. It was spoiled bad chicken. My diarrhea hung on for 2 days dispite meds. My friend only ate half of his order because he said the chicken tasted old. He luckily didn't get sick from his chicken. Also I ordered ahead to save time & when I got there they said orders aren't made unless you pay over the phone, so why phone it in then. I'm certainly not giving out my credit card # over the phone.

Just ordered my food no wait time friendly service bathrooms need some spray they kinda smell but other than that I was impressedWheelchair accessibility: I sat at the table in front they had a space for a wheelchair I was surprised usually u just have to move a chair but they had a designated space so cool

Always on point as far as wings go my favorite flavors: lemon pepper, and Louisiana bone in wings We go to the one in highland on 5th street by the Lowe's-- the staff has always been professional, no complaints there. Ambiance is good w a big screen tv to watch the game. So visit and dine in when you're in town.

I just met the rudest cashier I ever met in fast food chain restaurants. I am not sure if this person is the owner or just the worker there, but this Chinese peson seemed like he did not have time for his customers. He did not greet. He did not have time to answer my questions! Very rude! What a disappointment!
They take a very long time to make orders ready and are very slow. Also they're dismissive to customers.

Man oh man this place has a lot of work to do needs a better crew and maybe even remodeled the worker legit bump into an said nothin putting the ice in soda machine and I ordered three different wings they only have me two flavors how lazy can you be you guys good luck I wish I had more time in day to go complain to yall face but I'm a human that is not lazy an works and has family to take care of your bad attitude does not faze me or the dry wings yall serve but all good that's why I never go to wing stop it's crazy how eveytime I do there is such a bad experience.
