Crap a** service. Placed an order for delivery....hour half pass..call them they said they canceled my order cause couldn't verify it. It was wings and fries. What do you need to verify? You guys suck

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Ordered pizza online and it didnt come until after an hour or so. It came soggy and cold so I called to complain and get a refund. I was told that I had to drive over there to get a new pizza. (What's the point of ordering online?) Then I got hung up on. I called back and they said that they were just closing and couldn't get me a new pizza. I checked online and it was too early to be closed, so I went over there myself and it was still open (it wasn't on the verge of closing either.) I was lied to, and customer service is NOT one of their top priorities.

Let me save you some disappointment feeling: AVOID this place at all cost. Do NOT go to this location. I usually order from Sorrentino's but wanted to give this place a try. Now, I see why they have so low reviews. I place my order 2 hours ago... came in and they still don't have it.

Garbage management. 10:40 Ordered a Pizza Email confirmation "Delivery at 11:20" 11:40pm "track my pizza" suggest their making my pizza. Estimated delivery 31-41 min! Call to cancel delivery, and do carry out instead. I get placed on hold 17min. Then they hang up. Husband picks up pizza. Doors are locked, phones lines are ringing, pizza is hard and cold, no bread stick on order. My only question, is: How are they still in business?

If I could give them a zero I would, but the lowest I could rate them is a 1. The text from the app said the pizza would be delivered at 635, but when the pizza did not arrive at 650, I called them and no apology was given I was only told it would be another 40 minutes. When asked to speak to the manager all she said was "we will get the pizza there in 30 minutes we called you and you didn't confirm so we didn't make the pizza, that's if you still want it" I informed her a call was not received, but the charge was made and text was received. Customer service is definitely NOT their priority!!!

I've had MULTIPLE bad experiences time and time again and never feel like any care is taken. The food quality is s**** You could probably order pizza from jack in a box and get just as good quality.

I had the exact same experience almost exactly a year apart. Sad. Horrible customer service. Empty promises. I spoke with the manager an hour after ordering. She said they attempted to deliver and called me 8 times but I had no missed calls. After confirming my phone # she said it would be another 30-45 minutes until they got here. The manager even called back to verify my #. Waited another 45+ minutes, they are now closed and I still don't have my order. What is going on with the employees and the pathetic excuse for management at this Pizza Hut!?? You get what you pay for, cheap pizza at second rate service. Don't waste your time, your better off getting pizza from literally anywhere else. I will not be ordering from here again.

This place is very disrespectful. Two ladies working messed up my order and then proceeded to hang up on me. Then when I called back they were putting me on hold. During the time where I called to say they messed up my order they were laughing at me and told me "u get what you f****** order" and then hang up. So what they didn't know is that I live just 2 mins away so I went and asked for my money back and they didn't even apologize for how rude they were on the phone.
I called pizza hut back to tell them they have mast up my order. And then they tell you get what you played for. So i went and got my money back from them i will never go to that pizza hut again

Better Location In San Bernardino I Usually Go To The Dst Location But I Promised Myself I Wouldnt Go There Again After The Last Order iReceived From Them So iTired This Location And It Was A Win Maybe A Lil More Distant From The House But At Least My Pizza And Wings For Cooked Right And Topping Where Placed Right So Fir Now On i'll Choose This Location To Order From If Im Choosing Pizza Hut Thank You To The Cook That Took My Order And Cooked It By Herself Wish I Knew Her Name So I Can Put It Here But I Dont Unfortunately . But Id Choose This Location And iWould Recommend iT To Others

A bit overpriced for the sizes of the pizzas, it seems that pizza places nowadays make their "medium" sized pizza as small. Anyway, they took almost an hour even though the Pizza Hut is a a 5 minute drive from where I live. I would've picked up but didn't have s car.. when the delivery guy came , he didn't even say anything about the long delay , the pizza didn't taste fresh either and were very greedy on the toppings for the amount of time it took? Yeah complete b.s ...
