I really love the crafted sodas, that are served at BJ's. They are best known for their beers, but they have excellent sodas. Such as root beer, vanilla cream, orange cream, black cherry etc. I believe they are made with real sugar and very tasty. I do wish the carbonation was ramped up though. They tend to be kind of flat, sometimes.The food here is very good, and there is so much to select from on the menu. I went here last night, just for appetizers. I ordered the avocado egg rolls, which is a classic favorite of many. The tamarind dipping sauce that the rolls come with is so delicious. Bright and tangy, sweet and mouth-watering. I was thinking the rolls would have been better off, having some type of cheese inside, that is flavorful and stands out, such as feta or cotija.Vegetarian options: Plenty here to choose from for vegetarians.Parking: So many parking spots to take over.
I love your BBQ Chicken pizza is normally perfection. But this one time it has very little sauce and it was sliced poorly. But I’m still giving you 5 stars because normally you’re perfect

Horrible service, drinks were made at the bar and we were looking at them at least for 10 to 15 minutes before we asked someone to give them to us. Waiter disappeared… dinners arrived and the busboy was lazy enough to place our dinners on the table without even trying to make space by taking our empty appetizer plates. When we asked him if he could take some of the plates away he took a couple and he left everything else on the table… btw, the place was not that busy.Even asking them a to go box was a burden for them… shame. SOS to the BJ corporation and management. We definitely won’t come back and we know other that they won’t come back either.

Food was pretty good. I had a ribeye that was prepared to my specifications. I enjoy having the selection of beers. Service was good. Some side items were incorrect but the waiter fixed it within a reasonable time.I will this this for the management to hopefully read and correct:Your bathrooms were hideous and need to be cleaned on a daily or twice a day basis with the amount of volume of patriots that you have to your establishment. The men and women were both disgusting, especially around the urinals!

They gave us a free appetizer after waiting for our first drinks almost an hour. The first drinks were credited and we had to change our orders. Then we ordered two drinks at a time so the wait we wouldnt have to wait The food was fine. Ambiance was perfect nice booth.

Worst experience ever.We were hoping to hit up some DQ, but they closed an hour only. So we settled on BJ's normal go-to one in Concord, never a problem.So when I was told that there is about 10mins wait so ok, that's perfect. We will wait in the car. Got the text to say 10min wait went baxk to the car... after 35mins waiting in the car. we went back inside... they took us off the list... like why whatever was hungry. whatever front of house girl is so rude. Finally sat down 20 minutes to get a water n soda agh... just such a bad experience. Fast bite turn into a good hour 30 plus. Staying at Concord location.8.20pm we was told 10 minutes we got our soda and water at 9.10pm.... yeah yikes

Went on a date with my partner and was disappointed with our server who attended us. He constantly referred to me as "sir" even though I am visibly a woman, and when my partner corrected him, he didn't acknowledge what she said at all. I get that mistakes are made, but when I complained to a different server, he came back to "apologize" and *still* referred to me as "sir".He also got multiple aspects of our order wrong and was overall super rude. I had asked for no jalapeños on my guacamole burger and he didn't think to tell me that it wouldn't be possible, since the guacamole has jalapeños (good thing it was still a tolerable amount of spice for me, so I still ended up eating it). When my partner tried to order a 6" personal pizza, the waiter insisted that it was the "shareable" size, and got mad at me when I corrected him, when it turns out he had selected the 11" shareable on his tablet. My partner had ordered their pizza with garlic, and there was no garlic in her pizza.Thankfully, after we complained, we were switched to a different server who was 100x nicer and was overall amazing. it seems like she had to take over a lot of tables that he was waiting on originally, so I'm assuming this is not an isolated incident. He kept on giving my partner and I the side eye every time he passed by us, too.Overall, while the experience was tough at first, my partner and I enjoyed our meal. The cinnamon roll pizookie is amazing, and I hope it stays on the menu for a while. Thank you Cara (our second server) for turning our bad experience into a better one!Dietary restrictions: Failed to properly accommodate spice sensitivity.
