Great! I go there with my grandpa. The fries are always warm and thick. The hot dogs are the perfect size for an average lunch, but may be too big for young ones. The ice cream is always so creamy and tasty, especially the Oreo cupfection! They always load up the ice cream. Definitely love it!

The worst DQ ever.

This place should shut down do not fall for the scam! The prices are high for no reason I went to starbucks and it's half the price of a drink it cost at dairy queen. the quality isn't even good which is why the business should shut down. rude customer service. I saw rats inside this store too

The prices here are more expensive than I remember. Sticker shock for a shopping mall . There is no alcohol in the drinks and almost paid $10 after taxes. I think it has good taste and only went here for nostalgia purposes. Good taste and good service.

People here have no idea what they're doing.I asked for their softserve in a cup with hot fudge and peanuts and the girl looked at me and asked if I wanted a Blizzard. Didn't I just say softserve in a cup? Not a Blizzard? Then she asked what kind of peanuts I wanted?Like what other peanuts do you have? She said crushed peanuts, and I said, yeah, that's find that's still peanuts!$6 for something I could have gotten at McDonald's for 30% cheaper.

one of my favourite's growing up! i hadn't been around a "dq" for a long time but i saw this stand at tanforan mall and a bit of nostalgia came over me.prices however have definitely modernized to 2022...a small plain vanilla cone is now $4.99! back in the day i was remembering a "1" leading the price tag for the smallest size!nevertheless, the customer service was still good, the sole person working at the time was a nice young man, but he had a few orders ahead of me so he asked me to wait...not a problem, i spent the extra minutes studying the holiday blizzard specials!i ordered the plain vanilla cone, in a cup, and it came up right away. left him a nice tip since he was so sweet. i sat at one of the nearby tables adjacent to the stand, had my vanilla soft serve, and enjoyed every bite.on my way out, i threw the cup out at the trash bin near the stand, and despite being busy cleaning, that nice young man smiled at me and thanked me for coming. that just made my day.hope this young man is here the next time i'm around tanforan with a craving for do soft serve!

60 yrs ago, I, my mother and Lorraine E. went on a Santa Cruz county beach excursion. While returning home Lorraine stopped someplace and purchased some kind of drink of orange juice and ice cream. So delicious I tried to emulate that drink. Close but something was definitely missing. That was me at nine yrs. Finally stopped by the Dairy Queen on Bay Avenue, Capitola and got the big cup. So good.
