The customer service here is terrible and my food came contaminated!! I didn't order bacon and they added a dry piece of old bacon in my burger. It was so greasy and gross. The cashier did not change her gloves and continued to make burgers with dirty gloves. The people working here are very unhygienic. Overall this place needs to shut down i'm not paying over $10 for a dirty burger. These workers should feel ashamed for not changing their gloves and contaminating my food

It was dead there and the service was great. Fast and friendly. The burgers were tasteless. Extra for the amount of bacon was a joke. Old bacon . The soda machines were not working right. And fry's tasted like they were under cooked.

Another burger joint I've frequented on occasion for many years, never reviewed and it's interesting how different they all are from each other.Five Guys is fully customizable, your way! Fresher beef than most fast food restaurants and better quality. Their fries are seasoned which is unique from others. Also, they fill your bag with fries regardless if you order small or large sized fries. Fries are loaded into cups and placed into a bag then more is shoveled into the bag - loads of fries! I usually order small. The fries are also customized no seasoning or seasoning, so they give you all the fries they made to you liking. Each burger is wrapped in tin foil which saves the sandwich but also smashes it all together from the heat/steam from cooking. Every time I have ordered to-go, my burger and bun with accessories is all smashed together, unless you eat there. It's definitely a better burger than most, and consistently juicy, full of flavor. Numerous locations all around the country. Staff are always super friendly, reminds me of In n' Out Burger in a few aspects, smiles and red and white tiled kitchens. This location in South City is pretty busy location and shopping center.

Ordered a milkshake on doordash got no straw with it. How am i supposed to drink it. Get it together five guys.

Five Guys great tasting hamburger made with fresh burger. Love the peanuts while you wait. Can choose from different burgers and what you want on it. Get a small order of fries good for 2 people give you extra in the bag. Love Five Guy's.

For years I've always thought Five Guys as a burger was pretty mid. Alright tasting burger, lots of topping options, and cajun fries, it fits the bill for a solid meal, but nothing I'd go out of my way for. Fast forward to 2022, and the rise of social media, brought me back after seeing a menu hack on social. The hack is, ordering a grilled cheese, then adding a burger patty. A grilled cheese burger?? Yes, it's as good as it sounds. Their normal bun is mid, but when you flip it upside down, grill it with some cheese, it's on a whole other level. Most fast food hacks aren't really that great, but this one makes me want to go back to Five Guys more often. It comes out to around $9 and is a solid meal for most eaters, although for my big appetite another patty would've been perfect. You can still order all your unlimited toppings, so it's customizable to exactly the way you want it. Not gonna lie, I was kinda embarrassed to order it, so I went online and placed my order. It was actually kinda nice, because I customize my order without being rushed. Placing the online order was super simple, and my order was ready for pickup in under 15 minutes. If you are like me and wasn't a big fan of five guys before, this grilled cheese burger hack might be worth a try!
