This is kind of a you get what you pay for situation. The food is VERY reasonably price, but unfortunately my meal wasn't that good. I got a dinner combination with salted saba (aka mackerel) and tempura for $11.95. The accompanying miso soup lacked a good "dashi" based and was kind of watered down. The salted saba was relatively bland and over cooked. I liked the salad dressing, but unfortunately most of the pieces of lettuce were pretty crappy. California roll was pretty standard, no complaints here. The best part of the meal was the tempura, so if I were to ever come back I would just get a side of tempura.

Food is amazing. One of the freshest fish I even had. Family owned, cozy place! Service is quick and respectful.

Food is great. My daughter loves all their sushi. I usually get the chicken teriyaki Ana it always a so delish and crisp just how I like and the ginger salad OMG. Their homemade dressing is so good. I always order a 2nd salad w/extra dressing. I wish I could buy I in the sore or in bill. Customer service is always good here. Defined try them out!

This place is super unclean. The floors were dirty and I am pretty sure the lady did not wipe our table we sat in beforehand. She also gave us dishes that were not clean either, and we had to point that out to her. Our sushi did not come out all together either and the service was slow. She kept rushing us with our order as well when we told her we weren't ready to order. The final straw was when we saw one of the workers there with their babies on tables that people eat at. Overall, the place felt very unclean.

Great easy simple sushi! We get take out here all the time super nice people great food and a great price. Very fresh food. Bento Box is perfect for lunch with a cheap lunch special. Unagi Nageri is our favorite.Workers are so friendly and so easy for pick up.

Great food at very low prices compared to the competition. My go to place was Mr. T at Bgame but not it's Ichiban. Even my brother stopped going to his regular spot and started coming here. When I ordered tempura shrimp, I was surprised to get 5 pcs coz other places only give 3 or 4 if you're lucky. There's always parking around the area.

So I rarely like to rate anything so low but wow. It was pretty bad. We used to come here when our kids were really young because we liked the sunken tables where the kids can dangle their feet. The prices are really low and I thought what a good deal. Yah, I guess it's true when they say you get what you pay for. I ordered the beef teriyaki, mixed tempura and chicken katsu. The portions looked decent and each bento came with miso soup, salad and 3 pieces of California roll. I think it was 13.95 or 15.95 which is the cheapest I've seen for 3 items. The tempura was decent but the beef was tough and dry and the katsu tasted double tried. Honestly I liked the salad the best. Our waitress never checked in on us but seemed focused on the table next to us who seemed to friends of the sushi guy. There were a lot of people picking up but it was generally empty inside. Sorry but I won't be coming back again.

Every time I've been here, I've been surprised at the low cost. This place is right next to a higher end sushi joint, but sells rolls and the like for much less, and it honestly feels like a hidden gem because of it. They have some in-ground seating which requires you to take off your shoes, but they also have some standard tables and bench seating along one side of the place. The food is always delicious. I usually got for the tempura and teriyaki chicken (sometimes beef) bento with some CA rolls, a standard American palette classic, and it's always good. My boyfriend appreciates the multiple different cooked rolls and the flowing green tea. His picky-as-ever kid happily ate her cucumber rolls and tried plenty of new things here, which is a huge plus (we thought she would like other sushi places as she claims to love sushi, but would barely touch her CA rolls at rotating sushi!). The joint is clearly run by family as their kids will be on devices or doing homework at a table, but as someone who grew up in a restaurant, it's rather charming to me. The place has a bustling to-go scene, and during dinner it never seems to die down. I'm surprised at the low rating this place gets considering their price and location (I wonder how many people found this place after discovering the neighboring sushi place usually has an hour wait!) As the food will slake a craving and won't break the bank. The chicken is never dry, the soups are always flavorful, the rolls are always tasty and the fish is never smelly/chewy. We live nearby and come at least once a fortnight and have yet to have a bad meal here (though I will say the teriyaki salmon was not the best, but the rest has been fine). Give this place a dine-in try and don't be afraid to try some creative rolls here. I suggest the kamikaze roll.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal available for dine in only is pretty good.Parking: Limited street parking, but there's parking around the side streets before or after the restaurant along El Camino
