This place is fraud , they have jacked up prices on all menu items , plus they charge extra for sauces. The baristas don’t understand your order .

Someone updated the hours to be open, but we just tried going here and it's closed. All fenced off and doesn't look like it's being remodeled or anything.

Don't go here because it's permanently closed!

I ordered 4 meals for my family late at night after leaving the airport. We were the only people there. It took over 10 minutes to get our food. 1 of the orders was wrong and all 4 of them had an awful, dirty oil taste. Very disappointing.

Apparently this location is currently closed due to a recent fire. Rumor is that it won't be reopening.

In the drive-through, I ordered a strawberry infused Red Bull, but when I got to the window, she hands me a strawberry shake. I ask why she’s having me a shake and she said they were out of Red Bull. Take down the darn sign, or put a notice that the item is not currently available, or tell me when I place the order, don’t just hand me something else. That’s like ordering a jumbo jack and then hand me a chicken sandwich. Ugh. I’m visiting from outside the United States and I’m so over the poor customer service everywhere we go. Why Americans tolerate this is beyond me.

I used to love having a midnight snack here because they are open 24 hours a day. Sadly last month of November I went to buy a snack I love ? egg rolls and sadly they were burned. ??‍?

I don't know where to start. This location has gone south the last few years. I've been a loyal customer since i moved to San Bruno in the late 90s. In the last year, the few times i had stopped by, this location had been closed to the public from entering due to unknown reasons during normal operating hours. No sign on the doors, nothing.I did manage to knock once to try and see why the doors were locked, but the workers would just look at me and go back talking amongst themselves. Pretty disappointing.

I’ve never gone out of my way to write a bad review so this is a first. Ordered through doordash and Jack in the Box screwed up our order in every way they possibly could’ve twice in row. I don’t know who was working tonight on 01/02/23, but please, if you could care about your job just a little bit more you could’ve made a world of a difference for our exhausted and hungry family trying to fly back home.

I wish there was 0 star , this place is 100% unhealthy, you'll be sick if you eat anything in this location . Better move a different location , employees with no customer service , food STINKS , old food in freezer for weeks probably . I don't know how health department hasn't take any action against them yet . I went to reviews just and noticed couple review experiencing same situation. Very bad quality food and very unhealthy and stinky food.

Hah, yeah I need to leave a review. I just read some reviews, hilarious, because they are true. I live around the corner and have lived a couple of these experiences. Ridiculously slow service; closed randomly, but still have a guy there to tell you there's no one to cook for you even though you already placed a mobile order and paid. That's just an extreme waste of resources, lol. Hey franchise owner, you can disappoint customers for free and with less friction. If you're closed, people are kind of disappointed. If they've paid for food, and a paid employee tells you he's being paid to give you bad news and can't give you your food or a refund, that's really disappointing. The food is bad too. Not like, oh, jack in the box that's trash food and not good for you. It's like just bad and takes the longest time to be prepared, but somehow still cold. Talented folks back there. I will say though, EXCELLENT place for shady Craigslist deals. Convenient location, heavily trafficked, and parking! I bought a subwoofer here and sold it in the same location a decade later; adjusted for inflation, I did really well. One might consider it a long-term rental rather than a purchase. Nothing's changed in that decade, it's like a snapshot in time, a time capsule. Like literally zero capital investment into the business. I'll be back, probably. Why you ask? Because alcohol and bad decisions are still a thing. Until next time my guys getting so high you forget you're at work!
