Honestly a family favorite. We love this place! We grew up eating SF Cantonese food. Eating at Ming's is a taste of comfort and home. I appreciate that there is no bomb of MSG in the food. Food is flavorful. Portions are generous. Employees provide excellent customer service. Prices are so decent. And have you seen those lunch options? - so good and comforting, it's like an HK cafe. Closed for indoor dining, but the food tastes GREAT as takeout. Even the crispy salt and pepper fried chicken is very crispy as take out!

Ming's has been my go-to for so many years! Unfortunately, there was a time that you would be able to sit down and eat there, but the only option is to-go only. Flavorful and filling, generous portions, reasonably priced. This hole in the wall restaurant offers to-go orders only with street parking only. They do not accept payment over the phone. Parking is a bit of an issue during busy times. If your order is not ready by the time you get there, you can double park quickly and pay inside and they occasionally offer to bring your order to your car. On lazy days, to prepare for a party, I have ordered platters as late as 24-hours in advance with no issues. They do not accept deposits over the phone so it is a trust factor there which I appreciate. They just prefer to order 24-hours in advance to ensure they have enough food and supplies to accommodate your order. The portions are plentiful, I had ordered a small tray of salt and pepper pork chops that fed 10-15 people. For lazy family nights, for a family of 4, three al-la carte orders are plentiful. They offer pretty decent portions. The quality and quantity of the food is consistent for over a decade. My go-to are salt and pepper pork chops, combo fried rice, honey walnut prawns, sesame chicken, orange chicken, chow mien and beef broccoli. Support your local business, you won't be disappointed.

The food is good. Very generous portions. The potstickers are humongous. One potsticker is probably equivalent to 3 regular size potstickers. If you ever decide to cater a big party this is the place to go.

Their portions are very generous !! The slat and pepper pork chops is delicious ! The walnut shrimp is my least favorite. The shrimp chow-fen is pretty good, but also, not my favorite. I however, love their salty fish/chicken fried rice ! Overall, all the dishes are very good. And the price are very reasonable. The big portion of their dishes is a huge plus. Definitely will order from them again.

As a local resident of San Bruno, Ming's Restaurant has been my go to spot for Chinese food. The quality and taste of food remain consistently good. Their food really has great wok hei - elusive smoky flavors and aromas of stir-fry. It's always a delight when auntie picks up the phone with the high-pitched greeting "Ming's San BrunOOOOO" If you're looking for great value and delicious Chinese food, Ming's is the spot. Takeout only, no dine in. $20 minimum to pay with card. Street parking only.

Decent Chinese American Restaurant with reasonable prices and portion. Call in ahead to order to avoid waiting. Cash only.

No frills spot for good Chinese food! The prawns chow fun with soft scrambled eggs is perfect. It's soft and flavorful without being too salty. It has good wok hei. Also the prawns were bouncy and not overcooked. Also used to love getting their salt and pepper pork chops here! The portions are huge and service is fast. I believe it is takeout only.

Excellent service. Food quality was great. Affordable and quantity is suited for more than 1 person. Highly recommended.

Ming's is the place to go when you're wanting a hearty meal for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, you can only do takeout at this restaurant. They've been exclusively a take out restaurant since the pandemic. Parking can be pretty tricky around here, especially if you come during lunch or dinner time. I usually like to come with someone else so one of us can pick up the food quickly and the other person can wait in a double parked car. Some of my favorite things to order: - salt and pepper pork chops - eggplant - runny egg noodles We've tried a few other things from the menu and thought it was all pretty good. And the best part about Ming's is that they fill up the to-go container to the brim. Our household of 2 finishes 3 dishes from Ming's over the course of 2 days (2 dinners and 1 lunch). It's such a good deal for those nights that you don't feel like cooking.

I'm unable to post a review as the restaurant was not open for some reason. That's why I took a picture of their sign.
