They canceled my order literally 28 minutes before pickup and I already drove to their location before seeing the email about 5 minutes before the actual pickup. That ain't right. Minimum time to cancel on should be 2 hours, not 28 minutes. They wasted my time and gas getting there. Other than them canceling on me way too late, their cream puffs are good. Update: They did it again!! This time 16 minutes before pickup. I'm so done with this joke of a business.

Very good tasting pate a choux cream puffs can be found here. I have made these beautiful pate a choux with a professional in Paris during my 30 days stay to explore baking in France year 2020. This place have good tasting and good quality pate a choux. Staffs friendly and helpful. Not a huge store and not many tables or chairs inside these days. It is certainly unique since there's not much like it around here. Definitely give them a try. For around $5-$6 each, you'll find something for your tastebuds if you have the appetite for it. Delicious. Got the oreo one and a mango cream one. Strawberry looks tempting too. Huge and fulfilling pieces. Beautiful work of pastry art. Although it's a very small shop, there's actually a beautiful and cute backdrop on the wall in back. People would enjoy taking selfies there. Highly recommended for sweet treats. I just wish there would be more tables and chairs to sit inside. Takeout is not bad, but I do enjoy eating these cream puffs fresh while still inside the store. Be your own judge.

Pate a Choux never fails to impress with their delightful cream puffs, which maintain their consistency and shape exceptionally well, even after a day or two in the fridge. While slightly softer than ideal, the shells remain intact without becoming overly soggy. Our favorites, the strawberry and melted caramel varieties, never disappoint, boasting delectable flavors that perfectly complement the light and airy pastry. Overall, Pate a Choux delivers consistently delicious cream puffs that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth craving.

Well made pâte à choux at Pâte à Choux. I tried the Nutella roasted almond and the creme strawberry. Both were delicious, staff is nice, and the place is cute but very limited seating. Located on the second floor above the food court.

I used to LOVE their puffs and would make the effort to drive down just to get them. However, I was disappointed to find that the amount of cream has been reduced by half.

Ordered strawberry, Almond and matcha mochi cubes .Love the strawberry so much !Crispy puff inside with custard, strawberry cream with slice strawberries on top , super delicious ! Sauce is light , delicate and flavorful ( pulp inside ).Mochi Cubes is ok , it’s not crispy texture , but matcha cream light and you can tell they used good matcha powder.Almond is too rich for me , but still good .

Came here on tuesday around 6:30pm and there were only 3 flavors left. Forgot to take pictures but I got the caramel, nutella, and cookies and cream flavors. They were all great, the cream inside the puff is rich yet light which makes you want to take another bite. They are a little pricey, ~5.50 per specialty puff. I would come back to try the fruit flavors like strawberry! It is located within the mall and is relatively close to the airport if you want a quick dessert.

Bestie and I were craving something sweet after we had dinner, and came across this place from a Tik Tok that we saw. We decided to drive from San Mateo to try this place out. Now was it worth the little car accident that we got in? No, I don't think so. I got the Mango Puff and bestie got the Salted Caramel. She enjoyed hers very much, as for I not so much. Maybe because I was still a little traumatized, or maybe because I'm not much of a sweet tooth to begin with. Maybe if they were fresh? We came very late in the evening. The workers were nice though and listened to us as we trauma dumped after our incident LOL

Finally got to try this cream puffs at the Tanforan mall. Place is spacious but didn't see many tables. I ordered the matcha cream puff. Personally I felt the matcha flavor was lacking a bit but sweet. My favorite part was the outer shell. The puff is delicious, crispy and flavorful. Next time I'm planning to try the vanilla flavor.

Came here around 4pm on a Sunday. There was no line, but they were sold out on half of the specialty puffs. The specialty puffs are premade and the normal ones are made to order: you can choose between a chocolate choux and an original choux as the base and pick a flavor for the cream filling. We got a nutella sea salt puff & a matcha one. They were pretty mediocre. Not sure I get the hype about this place, but I guess they're cheap. The puffs also don't seem to sit well over time & tasted sour by the next morning.

This was my first time having this pastry and it was so delightful. The closest thing I've had was a cream puff from Beard Papa but I think Pate a Choux is better, although I know they are different things! The best words I could use to describe this is like a cream puff but with a cookie crust. It was absolutely my favorite part biting into those crunchy bits. The vanilla custard inside was so smooth and not too sweet. I would come here again but it's in a half dead mall. Hopefully they can relocate somewhere else soon.

Make sure you get a pate a choux made on the spot. Don't get a pre-made one from the fridge. They taste like refrigerator. I had a feeling it was going to taste like that, so I asked worker if I could get a freshly made one. She said yes, but gave me a fridge tasting one anyways. Horrible customer service.

The high quality and delicious Choux Cream that is comparable, if not better, than Beard Papa. I love the variety of the flavors here.

Order:* Original Choux Hojicha Pros:* No line in the afternoon, but then again some of the popular flavors were already sold out, which did look good.* Texture of the puff is exactly what you'd expect if you've had other crème puffs, solid but with a slight chew.* The plentiful filling was undeniably Hojicha, which is a good thing.Cons:* I wish I could have tried the more popular flavors, but from what I could try it was very solid, but not especially memorable enough to make set plans to go out of your way to try.Comments:* If you have a craving or need a gift, this would be a good option.
