Vegetarian pho leaves something to be desired. Not a fan of eggplant in the veggie pho, and this is the first place that I've seen eggplant added. Tofu is deep fried without any seasoning, and is extremely dry. Sugarcane juice is great though.

The QR code menu is a bit confusing. Ox tail soup only had 3 tiny ox tails. The flavor is as good as before the pandemic. Disappointed.

The vegan pho was fantastic: nice broth, lots of veggies, and oodles of noodles. Love that there're so many clearly marked veg items. For sure some of the best food I've had in San Bruno.

The food wasn't bad. It was quite delightful. But one thing that I would recommend to the restaurant is to put more condiments on the tables. Such as soy sauce and fish sauce. Some people like it saltier than others. It would have boosted my rating for the restaurant if it had those two condiments. But other than that. Food was good and fresh.

A cold Friday @noon, surprisingly busy. Almost immediately, a waitress took my order and within five minutes, the dish arrives, Oxtail Pho Dac Biet, or Oxtail Special Pho. The truth, my last pho was in 2019, Hanoi. I chose this business because another Goggle Maps patron explained that this chef used LESS Salt and Msg. ? Enjoyed my body warming meal.Before I left, the owner or chef checked each table to ask if everything was good. I haven't experienced that in recent memory.

They seated us at a table with no QR code to order food. They took our order two bowls of Ox tail pho 3 times, and it took almost an hour to get our food. Other people who came in after us ate and left before we even got our food.The waitress was rude and acted like it was our fault that she couldn't do her job.

We enjoyed our meals at Pho de Nguyen. We had the bone marrow and shrimp rolls as appetizers. The bun bo hue and beef garlic noodles were OK. It lacked any garlic taste but rather it was kind of sweet. I'll skip that next time. They have a QR code ordering system which is confusing. Service was excellent.

Love this place! My family and I, along with our friends have been coming here ever since they opened up many years ago. The food is amazing. Where else can you find the cook/owner comes out and greet his customer as if they were your long time friend. He is so friendly and amazing to talk to. He never forgets your face. The food is so flavorful - it's like going to a Michelin Star Restaurant.Vegetarian options: Must try the salt and pepper tofu. So good.Dietary restrictions: A lot of options.
