Overall food was pretty good. Not the best, but it was far from bad. We had 2 pizzas, margaritas and the other was the salsicha. My father in law had the lentil soup and also the mushroom pasta. He said both were very good. I had the short rib fettuccine and it was flavorful, just wish there was a bit more of it. The pizza looks great and flavors are there. Just wish the bottom crust was a little crispier, it's very soft.

This was our second attempt at Doppio Zero in San Carlos. What a big difference since the first try. We decided to dine a bit earlier than usual (4pm). The place was quiet and the service was excellent. The food was SO deliciious and we requested to have the food brought out one at a time. Each plate was serve hot, so full of flavor. We will definitely come back for sure.

Solid Pizza Margherita and succulent Pulpo Griglia in a family friendly, yet sophisticated venue.

3.5. Made reservations for a Wednesday and I must say, it was extremely busy for a weeknight dinner. Although the service was friendly, we did ask for water three times before we finally got it. The food was decent, but I don't think I could truly enjoy it because I was so parched. The zuppa was good and so was the burrata with the truffle honey and hazelnuts. The pizza was soggy in the middle. Although the decor is vibrant and pretty, it was noisy and hectic.

Went there during the week and got a table at 6:15pm. Ordered the little gem salad which was really good...dressing was Caesar like and fresh tasting. The burrata, prosciutto pizza was tasty and Daviola which had sausage was tasty too...light, crispy crust. Fettuccini fungho pizza was delicious. Enjoyed the weeknight meal...warm bread is good too.

Doppio Zero in San Carlos is an absolute gem. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with beautiful décor that's both modern and tasteful, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. One of the standout features is the beautiful setting, which adds to the overall charm of the restaurant. But let's talk about the real star of the show - the pizza. Doppio Zero serves up traditional Neapolitan pizza that is nothing short of extraordinary. Each bite is a delight, thanks to the first-class ingredients and expert craftsmanship. I can't talk about the food, cause I go there just for the pizza. My personal favorite is always the margherita pizza - simple, yet bursting with flavor. While the service could be a bit more attentive, it's a minor hiccup when you consider the spectacular pizzas they offer. I usually make a reservation in advance, cause it is a popular spot and it fills up quickly, especially during the rush hours. Parking can be challenging. Overall, Doppio Zero is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Neapolitan pizza in a beautiful setting. It's no wonder it's become my go-to spot whenever I'm in the mood for a truly exceptional pizza.

Service was terrible. I mean really bad. Ambiance was okay but very loud. Food was good.

Very pleased with our meal. Service was almost a little too fast. Food made up for it.

This is our favorite restaurant in the area. Our go to place! The food is always great and reasonably priced and the environment is modern and upbeat. Our favorite thing to do is sit in the bar area on our date night. Jesus and Daniel are the absolute best mixologists we have found. They make incredible drinks, are super professional, provide amazing service and always take great care of us.

This is a very nice space. My 3 stars for the atmosphere are strictly for the noise level. It's incredibly loud, and no thought was put into acoustics. Other than that, it's a beautiful space. Our food was well done, flavourful, and served with a smile. Our server was quite lovely, a smile on her face and very polite.I'd certainly go back, maybe in the summer when we can have an outdoor table so as not to have to yell across the table to be heard by our friends.

Went for lunch today after hearing good things from friends. What a disappointment from service to ambiance to food. We sat outside in the hot sun. Usually warm 70+ degree day for February. No blinds or shield from the direct sun unless you were under the parklet roof. I asked three times for a napkin and utensil set-up and finally took one off a neighboring table. Ordered a margarita pizza, lasagne and two salads for 4 people. Lasagne was good, salads average and pizza horrible ... cold, under cooked, soggy and way too doughy. If you can't make a good margarita pizza, you can't make pizza. We won't be back based on service and food quality. Very frustrating that our waitress had difficulty understanding English. She asked hoe our meal was and when I tried to explain how unhappy we were with our pizza, she simply shrugged her shoulders.
