Someone gave me a gift card to Dunkin’ Donuts so I decided to try the place. It was disgusting. The food is so bad bad bad bad bad bad very bad I can’t believe how much a dozen donuts is there and they are overpriced little pieces of cardboard ridiculous.

I love Dunkin and have been going for years. This location I've been to twice, the first time was alright but today it's closed without notice in the middle of the day. I placed an order ahead on the app and now I had to open a case with the Dunkin corporate in order to get a refund. I still recommend Dunkin but not this location.

I’ve given this Dunkin SO MANY TRIES. No matter what I order my coffee is messed up. Caffeinated when it’s supposed to be decaf, sour espresso, straight up spoiled milk. I give up with them.

Order on app and even though the hours are on the schedule the employee sometimes don't show up. End up having to order again at redwood city. Waste time driving and ordering again. Also have to request refund. The idiots who run the place should just shut it down.
I mobile ordered a cold brew because there was a sale ($2 for one cold brew, and 1 free iced coffee with that), but I didn't get the free ice coffee. The mobile app is really good though, lots of deals, but I guess you can only do one deal per order. The inside of the store is pretty big but not too exciting, the employees were pretty nice.
Was meeting an associate and wanted to take his office a treat. Sannly was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and the lobby is spacious. A large selection of donuts available ( $ 1.99). Would certainly return.

They have so much selection of donuts. I just had a coffee there yesterday. The staff served my coffee late and it's not warm to what I expected. For me, the donuts is tastier and was great texture. Nice location.
