They should have secret shopper twice a week cause the employees here are rude and ask customer from the drive thru to park and bathroom and lobby is always disgusting and refusing to do special order like lettuce wrap they said they cant do that i use to work at jack in the box this is what happened when jack only cared about the speed and pay his employees $12 per hour
so it's early morning. placed my order. stand at counter. order comes up. person behind counter is chatting with another employee. then putting bags away. then chatting with other employee. looks at me. then putting bags away. food sitting there. finally gets it. no trays anymore. a waste of a bag.
