I love me some custard from Rita's. Now that my son is two years old, we took him to Rita's for a treat after dinner, and it was so cute watching his face light up as he got a Rita's sugar rush! I'm someone who sticks to her regular stuff, so I haven't ventured outside of custard. However, my husband has purchased and enjoyed the Italian ice and one of their shakes. He enjoyed both. The only thing Rita's needs is mor seating. It can get pretty cramped on summer nights. We love you and your custard, Rita girl!

This place is super good when they have all their flavors... this is the second time they ran out of vanilla custard in the past month. They also have been running out of the more common ice such as root beer, cherry, and blue raspberry. I just feel like if they know how common those flavors are they should be more aware of it.

Worst service ever. I have been a customer for the past few years and I have never experienced the bad service provided today. the person looked like he did not want to work there at all. it had no customer service oriented and was not welcoming at all. the attitude made it very unwelcoming. when the owner is there he is the best! Better time to go to when getting ice cream! He knows about customer service and gets you what you want.

I never had Italian shaved ice but I'm digging it! It was also my first time trying the frozen custard too. We had a couple of samples but my favorite was mango. It was a tad icey, but not like American snow cone icey. The mango flavor was a tad too sweet for this Asian pallet but it wasn't too bad. No weird after taste because apparently it's made of real fruits! The frozen custard, I opted for a chocolate and vanilla swirl. It wasn't as cold as ice cream, it was a bit thicker than Greek yogurt. I enjoyed it, it was an interesting texture. My SO did not like it because he said it was "weird."

Came at 6:30PM on a Wednesday and they were closed without a sign or anything.
WHOA. I sometimes forget about Rita's but after a coworker mentioned shaved ice and I HAD to have something icy. ASAP. Big Bing! Ritas. They had cotton candy (ya I'm crazy I know) and Swedish fish flavor! At first Swedish fish tasted like cherry but then the gummy taste kicked in I have NO IDEA how they do it but it was a mouth treat especially combined with a few bites of the cotton candy one. Anddddd then I had a red tongue the rest of the day and forgot about it as I talked to and smiled at coworkers. Nobody said anything though?!

The service was quick and friendly, and there was a lot of food choices but not too many. There was a lot of different types of treats as well as tons of toppings for everything. There are also a lot of types if the flavored ice, with the best looking being the blue raspberry. It was all really delicious. I got the frozen custard swirl and it was so much better than normal soft serve. It was very thick and flavorfull.
