Great pretzels and service. I always the get the sweet almond. It’s located right inside the Outlet Mall.

Lack of variety and subpar service. It’ll do in a pinch. But it’s not somewhere we would go out of our way

Sometimes you just have to get a soft pretzel. No line when we went, and they already had a lot of pretzels out warming up. Got one pretzel for $5...this has to be one of the biggest markups in retail. I keep telling myself that I will make these at home (since the ingredient list is so small and doesn't require a water bath first).

I bought mini dogs here for my toddler $7+ and got the burned looking one. I even asked the cashier about it and he said "oh that's how they are". What do u mean by that...The color literally were dark brown almost black and I had to throw them out. Sadly the kids ended up with no snacks, wasted of money too.

Love Auntie Anne's! I grew up on this. I would go out of my way to come here.Got the Classic Original Pretzel, Cheese Dip, Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets, Sweet Glaze Dip and a Medium Sttawberry Lemonade, all great picks as always. My favorite is the Classic Original Pretzel. Sometimes I get the Original Pretzel Dog, delicious. I do need to try the other Pretzel flavors. It's a lot to eat one pretzel by myself, it's almost like a whole meal for me so I do like to share it. Honestly, I don't know which one tastes better, Auntie Anne's or Wetzel's Pretzels. I think I would have to do a side by side comparison to really know, both are just that good. I usually just get whatever I see first. I think in the past, over a decade ago, Auntie Anne's was better by far, but now, I don't know if both stores recipes have changed/improved because they both taste good to me.This one is in The Outlets at San Clemente. They have a lot of free parking in their lots. Price has definitely gone up over the years but I still think it's fair accounting for inflation and similar in price to Wetzel's Pretzels. Service is friendly and quick. There wasn't much of a wait to order on a Sunday around 6 PM.

Cold, small portions and unfriendly service will not go far. Unfortunate. Very little foot traffic so we were quite surprised, but I would say avoid this shop and spend your money elsewhere.

Not the greatest of service! Waited about 15 minutes in line watching 5 employees wondering around with only 1 cashier when there was at least 5 people in line. When I finally was able to order....I had wanted a plain pretzel, I was sadly informed they didn't have any made and it would be about 10 minutes to make.... Frustrated and hungry I declined and chose to go somewhere else. It's really disappointing, because I've always been a huge fan of Annie's and was super excited to have found one near by. Hopefully, if they can improve their customer service I may try them again.

They didn't have much of a selection when I went, but all I wanted were the pretzel bites and they had those. Otherwise the options were cinnamon pretzel, cinnamon pretzel bites, or regular pretzel bites. Seemed odd, but maybe it was the timing of my visit. If I'm craving something specific I'll probably try calling in advance next time before making the trip

This is our go-to spot after visiting the outlets. The kids love the little bite sized cups of cinnamon sugar sticks. Their pepperoni pretzel is yummy and great as a pre sugary treat!

I smelled this place before I saw it and I was praying it would be a Wetzels Pretzels, but unfortunately it was Auntie Anne's. My mistake was not walking by when I discovered it was an Auntie Anne's but alas I gave into the scent wafting around me and entered the building. I ordered the salted pretzel bites and the employee gave me one of the numerous pre-made containers that were sitting under the heat lamp. What I got was burnt and hard, sad old pieces of pretzel. If Wetzels Pretzels can provide soft buttery delicious pretzels bites, you can too Auntie Anne's! I believe in you, a little bit.

Told the team about allergy. They ensure it was attended too. Shout out to the closing tell squad on 07-03-2022!

We usually go to the Fashion Island location, but we tried this one at the outlets. Very disappointed. We were there on Friday afternoon and the pretzels were hard and a bit burnt. I should have asked for and waited for a fresh batch. These were like they'd been sitting out too long. They should not serve them like that.

I work in the mall and go here from time to time to get a slushie or a snack. Their frozen lemonade is by far my favorite, the frozen strawberry lemonade is what i usually get and its a bit inconsistent but its still delish. Sweet staff and quick transactions during my break. Love it
