I have submitted a response directly to Blaze Pizza about my concerns. To sum it up, their work station was completely unsat. If you know you are going to be making pizza in front of the customer there should be some sense of pride in your workstation. If you are taking the time to refill items such as pepperoni then maybe also take the time to wipe up a bit and remove the toppings that flew out on top of the counter.

I recently visited Blaze Pizza at the San Clemente outlet in California and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. While I understand that everyone has their off days, I felt compelled to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my visit.Upon entering the store, I greeted a girl “Marisa/Marissa” with a friendly "hello," but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Additionally, I noticed a sense of aggression in her demeanor, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. As someone who values good customer service, this interaction left me feeling quite disappointed.I believe that providing excellent customer service is essential in creating a positive dining experience for patrons, and unfortunately, my encounter with her fell short of this expectation. I hope that in the future, she can strive to be more welcoming and friendly to all customers who visit the establishment.

Walked in 15 minutes after opening and didn't get a welcoming greeting or anything. Just a stare. All toppings were frozen or from the night before. Their excuse was they just opened. For it's location I expected a well maintained establisment but it was dirty. Stay away!

We absolutely love coming here. The kitchen is open, so you can see everything being prepared. The ingredients are fresh, and it's great when the kids can pick their ingredients by sight. As a grandmother, I love that it's always clean, and when they are not preparing food, they are cleaning.BTW - I'm a tea drinker - the teas are always fresh brewed and unlike most pizza restaurants it doesn't taste like a dirty tea pot.

As someone who works in the service industry and has a lot of empathy for people, I am normally not one to write a negative review. However this location needs some extra attention and supervision. The place is a mess. Trash on the floor or bins overflowing and quite possibly some of the most unfriendly, rude, and lazy employees I have ever seen. Terrible customer service, none of them look even remotely happy to be there making money. It took twice as long to get my meal because half of them are standing around talking to each other and not even acknowledging the line of customers and looked pissed that they actually had to work and ring up our orders. The food is fine. Nothing special but nothing awful either. Please, whoever runs this location, there needs to be someone older than what looks like 16 making sure things are clean and presentable and to make sure these kids get an attitude adjustment. Makes you not want to give them your money sadly.

Deserves to go bankrupt. Has 2 12$ hour kids running it. As an asset owner this is how you go directly bankrupt. It might hurt and it will to put money BACK into your operation to keep it open . But the alternative is direct to bankruptcy. And it is about to happen here.

Ordered a pepperoni, bacon pizza and they forgot the bacon? Idk how that works when its only two toppings. Also they forgot my ranch. What is pizza without ranch? That's like French fries without salt. Even better, it's like a pb&j without the j. Would have been better off with no pizza at all. THANKS BLAZE!

I paid online. When I arrived they did not have the order. I had a receipt from my online order. They refused to provide pizza and when my bill came I was charged for a pizza I never received. I will never go there again.

I love Blaze pizza but sadly this location doesn't live up to the brand. The store is dirty, including the kitchen. The ingredients don't look fresh. I ordered a Caesar salad, and the lettuce looked old. I ordered a build your own pizza and the spinach looked old too. Someone please come a clean up this place.
