Pretty disappointed that I waited for 20 minutes for my sandwich. It wasn't busy at all and watched the employees chit chatting away. Saw my sandwich sitting on the counter for about 5 minutes to add to the prior 15 minutes I was waiting before someone decided to pick it up to give it to me.

Got the Pastrami here with secret dauce on the side. Very Yummy. The only problem is that it's crowded and the tables are not clean, leftover scraps & bird poop.

The food is very good, the service is not bad and good typically, however there's been many multiple times that they offer their sauces then do not actually give the sauce. Once or twice is okay, but this is consistent. Perhaps it is due to paying with cash and not tipping this time.Additionally, if you pay with credit card you will be asked to tip at least 18% or change the tip infront of them. Tips at restaurants are usually 15%, the lowest should be 15% and it is not expected to tip at these places unless your really wow'd. These times that they've forgotten things, as small as it is, do not warrant tips at least 18%, this isnt a restaurant after all.
Man this place is always packed. They pump out food like crazy! We do a lot of online ordering here and the food is always great but sometimes we get jipped on extra sauces we order! Could say it’s my fault for not checking but it’s so fricken packed a lot of times I just want to duck my head and get outta there!
