Bro, it sucks enough ordering online and paying the additional almost $15, but this is the second time I’ve paid almost $45 for a burrito and bowl with basically all rice. This is a franchise so I know it’s not hurting the employees to just put a scoop as if I ordered I front of you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The two little girls who were preparing the food were complete idiots. My boyfriend was placing two orders, one for him, one for me. IF THERE IS ONE PERSON ORDERING FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS TAKE YOUR TIME AND DON'T RUSH THEM!!! He is unhappy with his meal because the two idiot girls were talking at the same time to him about both orders, asking him questions about both meals when they should have focused on one at a time! It completely frustrated him that they weren't taking their time in helping him correctly because now he has a subpar burrito because he couldn't focus on what both of them were saying at the same time, he also had asked for extra rice and extra cheese and of course they didn't give it to him. Only good thing I can say about this location is the cashier.

I had a very pleasant time at Chipotle! The girls working are very efficient and we're so nice to interact with. She gave me the police discount which I did not ask for but was very appreciative of. Thank you for the excellent service
Prices raised, food has been going downhill since they opened I always get old or bad pieces of meat. Service is meh, the guacamole is like $4 extra and was BROWN when I went in today. I feel like nobody loves chipotle anymore it's kind of a bummer! Totally has potential.

The food is pretty good . Life hack if you want double chicken but don’t want to pay the extra 1.50 just say can i have a lot of chicken but not double and they will scoop out pretty much the same amount they would if u paid extra and yeah
