Food is good, customer service is fair. Wish my experience was better but this visit wasn't as good as it had been in the past. Needs some work. Shakes are delicious!

Lousy del taco. I ordered a number 13 which is the del beef burrito which is usually what I always order except this time it was literally skinnier than a bean and cheese burrito. I literally ate it in three bites. Fries weren’t cooked long enough either. Pretty lame considering how much del taco charges now for food. This combo not only used to be cheaper by a few dollars but also came with a del taco. There just taking advantage of people at this point. Inflation isn’t an excuse anymore

Food really sucks never be back again, which has been 3 days since I went to del taco, and I still have the food in my fridge. I guess it is time to go to the trash !

double check your order and ice. they have forgotten those delectable cheesecakes bikes a few times now in the evening and no use in ordering a large drink if its capped with ice
Horrible service. I waited in the drive thru for way too long while they were laughing and screwing around inside. On guy was on his phone! No one even acknowledge me. No one even came to take my money for 5 min. I was the only car in the drive thru!Then they gave me the wrong order. They gave me asada instead of chicken! I had to go back through the drive through again and with one car in front of me it took 15 minutes!

I have the del app and they were trying real hard not to honor it it's the second time this has happened the cashier was friendly and they weren't rude but I felt they though I was stupid and I would just pay full price. Not today nope. That is

It had been 20 years since I had one of their “green burritos“, and I wanted to see if they were as good as I remembered them; and they were! Completely satisfied.

Today I was in the drive thru.. when I got to the speaker where they take your order. the guy ( Jonathan ) aka (the manager)told me to wait And I said sure . I waited nearly 2 minutes and I I thought this guy forgot about me! So I was talking to the speaker Hello Hello ' And Jonathan told me again if I could wait one more time because he had a big order in front of me ! By the tone of his voice I could tell that he was frustrated for having to many orders! And then he kind of giving me an attitude.. and I told him "I'm ready to order " can you handle it? Then he got mad and told me if you don't want to wait you can leave !!! I left the drive thru and went inside I didn't know which guy was.. so I approached the first guy at front and told him that I wanted to complain about what happened to me in the drive thru and ( Jonathan ) told me "that was me " so I requested to speak to the manager.. and what a surprise " Jonathan is the manager!! Bad bad bad bad service!!! I won't come back !
