We were charged for six separate orders using the Domino’s App last night and not a single order showed up. We called the store and the clueless person working said he didn’t see anything of our orders. We asked to cancel, but obviously they charged us anyway because when we checked out bank statements this morning there were six transactions from Domino’s last night. We called the manager this morning who was also rude and clueless and wouldn’t reverse the charges. We had to call our bank to file fraudulent charge complaints and now we have to get a new card because of this mess. The Domino’s app is garbage, the staff are incompetent and the company is poorly run. We will never purchase anything from ANY Domino’s ever again! You are thieves and pathetic scammers

What a train wreck. Made 3 attempts to order through the app. Received an error all three times. Not surprisingly, my card was charged for all of them. Called the store. They had no record of the orders and couldn’t do the same order manually. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.Wheelchair accessibility: If they can’t charge a card, i sincerely doubt they have a functioning wheelchair ramp.

Large sections of the pizza had no cheese or toppings. Just barren, empty baked dough. Also, ordered delayed for noon deli. Received at 11:10am…driver was friendly though.

Pizza order was incomplete, ordered over the phone and had a $6.99 medium pizza turns out that was $15.99.For this I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a 2 topping ham and pineapple pizza. I never received the pepperoni pizza and took an hour to get the order. I find this absolutely ridiculous this sever was terrible and didn't even get the correct order I will never go back to this location

The San Clemente Domino's pizza location did a really good thing for their company. I ordered pizzas to be delivered from my apartment in Calabasas from the local dominoes pizza place on the dominos app. The app used a old address of mine that i deleted off the app years ago when I moved to Calabasas from Lake Forest. So the app placed the order with the San Clemente location. I never got my pizzas but their driver called me and told his manager and they reimbursed me the money the app charged me. I highly recommend that location if you ever want to use them but be careful with the app.
Never ordering again, i wasted 28 dollars for not getting my order and when i tried getting a refund from 3 different stores i was given the idiot treatment

This is a top notch local dominos franchise! The employees are super friendly and nice. I recommend the stuffed cheesy bread, it's amazing.Five stars also for their honesty, tonight I got the 6.99 special for two items cheesy bread and a pizza. The bill was only $15 and I accidentally paid with two $5 bills and a $50 bill, I usually don't carry 50s it was a rare occasion. I didn't realize it and and the honest cool employee at the register caught it right away. Highly recommended outstanding Dominos!

This location actually lived up to the 2 star review they have on yelp. My absolute worst experience in any pizza shop. Unfortunately, this place is not managed properly. We did ask to speak to the owner but the manager advices that he runs the show. If you can avoid this place please do. I would pay the extra money and go to Z-pizza.

After 3 hours of waiting the delivery driver did not even leave the store and they would not issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I did not get my food or my money back.
