I'll start with this. I love Golden Spoon. Been eating Golden Spoon since I was a child. I no longer have a location near my home so it's been years since I've had it. Was at a track meet at San Clemente HA yesterday and stopped in cu so had to take my kids to try it. Still amazing! Even better, the young man working the counter yesterday afternoon was amazing. Super friendly, polite, attentive, engaging. Excellent customer service in a time where that seems to be lacking most places. The yogurt is still very creamy and delicious. The location has plenty of parking (even on a very busy day). They had a lot of topping choices I don't remember which made deciding tough but everyone in my group found exactly what they wanted. I love more than an hour from here but would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

Came at 9:30pm website said closed at 10pm. I was feeling for some delicious golden spoon froyo.Upon arrival, I witnessed two golden spoon employees (early teens) close the doors and start filming the store front giving the store the so called “bird.” I was utterly shocked… I’m sure management would be very disappointed with the employees closing so early and showing little respect for their place of employment. Overall 1.0/5.0 stars, will not be back! Waste of time… sad to see Americas youth on the wrong track.

The OG of froyo. Before the land of yogurt and berries got pink, there was Golden Spoon. I thought all of these locations were extinct since the upraising of the froyo craze many years ago. Golden Spoon offers more of your "traditional" flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, marshmallows, peanut butter, etc. Toppings are usually crushed up candy/chocolate bars. I did a mini size swirl with heath bar topping. The service was very good and he was very patient with my nieces being so undecisive. I would recommend stopping at this spot if you're around the area.

Always taste great. The prices increased but the amount you get shouldn't decrease. This is ridiculous when you have a family of 5 and you pay 4.25 and get maybe 3 spoonfuls it's not worth it. We are done and unsatisfied with the amount you pay for barely any ice cream. Not happy with Golden spoon anymore.

I've been a long time customer of this place ordering the identical thing every time I visit. Unfortunately, this time I was lectured by the cashier how I was going to be charged double. I did advise her of how I've order the same thing for the past 12 years and no one ever charged me double. I did speak to the manager as well tried to explain to him that I was not looking for charity just wanted to get what I normally order. Unfortunately, customer service and loyalty is not this location's priority.
When you serve a quart for $10.50 it should be a full. Lame!Really $42 for gallon and you have to short your customers.

We visited Golden Spoon today after our hike. I can honestly say it was a highlight of our trip - the service was so so so good. It was Easter and a young gentleman named Josh was working - the kindest and most helpful person. He was simply wonderful. He talked about the owner, Bob, / singing his praise and how much Bob cares about the store and the employees. I have never hopped on Yelp to review a business but felt obligated to let everyone know about Josh and the wonderful owners that treat their employees with such gratitude. The yogurt was delicious too.

My favorite Golden Spoon in So Cal! Top notch service, owner operated, great quality and nothing tops their salted Carmel. First time trying the Dole Whip flavor and it taste exactly like I remember it from the mouse house. If you're in the mood for frozen yogurt you must try this place out, you will be glad you did!
