Stopped in here today for coffee and a snack after doing some indoor rock climbing. It was close to the end of the day and the staff were tired but still so kind and helpful. Very quick service. I ordered a latte and a California avocado toast; my friend ordered a latte with the veggie sandwich. Both meals were delicious and the multigrain bread was amazing. I love the booths and wooden tables inside the shop and the cozy decor. There is also a large patio out front to enjoy on warmer days. I will definitely be back - quality of the food was just what we were looking for.

It went down hill FAST! Wow, what happened. They got new owners and things got bad. My review is based on multiple visits post new ownership. Staff, terrible. They have 3-4 people working front counter and maybe 1 cares to greet you, take your order and help. Coffee is meh and overpriced. Food in general is overpriced. Bought a sandwich and juice for close to 30$ with tip included. Only got a barely warm sandwich, no sides, no chips, no salad, nothing. The menu went from colorful to boring. They got rid of their excited with vegetarian options to chicken on all salads. Order took 20+ minutes with no one before me. I have stopped in the morning several times and shop is still close even though signs says "open at 7 am". Last time I stopped it was 7:10am (closed) and they had a sign that they had decided to open at 10:30am that day! That's not how you run a business. Their patios are unkept with trash on tables while we have people behind the bar chatting away. I can't trust on this place for coffee, food or customer service. Not recommended!

Fresh and delicious food with exceptional customer service. I got a chicken teriyaki rice bowl and a cranberry orange muffin. Everything was packaged perfectly as I took it to go. I wish I knew the woman's name who helped me because she went above and beyond. (Short brown hair wearing a dark green plaid jacket, thank you!) Looking forward to my next visit!

The last owner made bland food, but at least the place was clean. Now with a new owner the food is bad. The place is filthy. Check out the bottoms of the white chairs covered in black me or the edges around the walls. Went there for breakfast to try it again and my coffee cups smelled like mildew, like the was cleaned with an old rag they wiped down the chairs or tables,the menus were covered crud all of them. I cannot imagine how filthy the kitchen is.

Wow! What a nightmare. Inside of restaurant smells like an uncleaned bathroom. Help couldn't care less if you are there or not. Needs better management and training.

Had to try this place out... heard some good things about this place so I had to try it out for myself! I had the cali omelette with bacon and hash browns my friend had the chocolate chip pancakes with fresh strawberries... and they were both soooo yummmy. Can't forget to mention the cool vibes and chill environment. Kayla served me with peppermint mocha and it was delish. Her customer service was on point. I will definitely recommend this place to people.... and will definitely make this a to go to spot to eat at!

Amazing food! Owner Ben and his staff will take care of you in every way! Single sourced coffees, roasted locally, and high quality food ingredients. Beautiful ambiance inside the restaurant, easy parking and shopping all around. Can't recommend enough!

I was in the area this morning and was looking for a nice spot for breakfast that had a good selection of coffee drinks and food. I'm really glad we stumbled upon Cafe Hermosa. It was not crowded on this Thursday morning, but the two girls and one guy working behind the counter stayed busy, working hard taking phone orders, making drinks and still provided us with great service. I highly recommend this cafe if you're from or in the area. The inside area is super cute and cozy, and they have a handful of tables on their patio which I'm sure gets packed on the weekends. We enjoyed Aaron's burrito, the tomato bisque and a grilled cheese, accompanied by an almond milk vanilla iced matcha (not pictured) and a iced oat milk latte. I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided to us today and I can't wait to go back to try their Cali Omelette.
Love the SC Cobb salad. Everything if fresh and healthy. Staff is friendly. This is my favorite lunch spot.

Despite the business of the place, food was very tasty! Should probably limit or turn off mobile ordering when it impacts the service you offer to in-person guests. Attention to detail in decor and coffee beverages are outstanding! Would definitely go back!

Incredible service and food! I had the Aaron's burrito as a bowl (i'm gf) and my fiancé had the Hermosa omelette. Both so amazing, we both we obsessed with the Aaron's burrito!!! Such a beautiful ambiance as well

Food is ok. I expect better from this lil cafe. The place is well lit and has a trendy vibe. Some staff are cool and others act too cool, not very customer oriented. The most significant feedback I would like to give is that the place is not well kept. There are stains on the seat back cushions and the restrooms look and smell like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. This leads me to wonder how well the kitchen is maintained and if I should have any concerns with my food. There are enough kids that work here to completely clean and sterilize the bathrooms on the daily. Pay more attention!
