This place is much improved, especially in the attitude of the staff (there are still some staffers who are a touch conceited, but minority). Drinks are made well and as quickly as can be when the aim is high quality. Food takes a while, but is worth it. The seating and vibe of the place is chill and good.A change I would like to see is, when ringing in any drink made from the bar, if the cashier would look to the espresso bar and provide an estimation (or disclaimer) on timing of the drink. Even just a "we've a number of orders from the bar, and I want to make sure a five minute wait works with you", etc.

Hot coffee comes iced. hot food comes cold. due to delay in servic,If you want an environment where the attendants are extremely slow and soft. This is the best place. The service provided is horrible, they keep talking to each other and don't serve the customer and it takes forever to give our food.

Hi Tid coffee staff is always friendly with smiles on their face. There one of my go-to places, the flavor of the drinks are always consistent.
Found this coffee spot while I was in town for a conference. Friendly staff, awesome environment and exceptional iced lattes. Highly recommend the maple iced latte with actual maple syrup.

Went here yesterday around 7am? We came from the bay area and had a stopover at san clemente. Not busy at all. There are two ladies working at the station but one of them in the cashier is not very approachable. (I have worked in hospitality industry and i always put a smile on my face - even on my bad days). So, I ordered their specialty, matcha and mocha w/ mint both are okay and the place is very aesthetic. I just did not like the service at all. I told her i want 2 iced but she gave me 1 iced and 1 hot. She did not ask me for dine in or take out.
