Every time I go late at night, they are either closed, (staff there but will not answer the buzzer), or something is being cleaned and I cannot get what I wanted. The service sucks, young boyz working the window, no manners. They cannot get an order right to save their lives.

My group of friends and I went to eat together and we placed two separate orders. When the second group of people ordered, a blonde lady denied them sauce because she had “already given them three sauces”. Although these were two separate transactions (and consumers), the lady insisted on charging 50 cents for an additional sauce and got another worker in trouble for almost handing a sauce. She kept giving all of us dirty looks and rolling her eyes. Even when we were eating, we could all hear her snickering about us out loud. So much hostility over some barbecue?? SO RUDE!!

Their prices have gotten way to expensive for fast food. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are not bad. The value isn't there any more.

Food was okay, and we got it in a few minutes. The bathroom was the worst, it was stinking and nothing was clean. Even the water in the tap had a slight coloration of yellow.

The wait in the drive thru was 10min. Perhaps due to the fact it was Christmas and the store might have been under staffed due to the holiday. My fries were cold and the ice coffee mocha had no mocha & the coffee tasted like it was made with burnt coffee.

The service here is bad, I'm leaving Jack in the box now. The older lady that was working tonight was very rude when I asked her to "give me a minute" she commented "let me know when you're actually ready to order." Customer service needs to be reviewed with this lady because she had a real bad attitude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I sure will be reporting her to corporate.

Since when do you get charged for condiments. I've never been charged before. But according to the rudest employee ever I just got lucky those times. Really??? The most smug and rude. No where on the menu does it say Xtra $$ for a condiment at the window the sign say condiments upon request not for a charge but upon request!! I Said no thanks. As I was pulling away he literally Yelled thankyou very much. I stopped and turned around and stared at him...he said it again but even more rude then before and slammed the window in my face. Sooo rude. Now I probably would not be so incensed if he was kinder about it. This is at store 387Iam in customer service my self and I know good customer service at thus place ain't it I will NEVER return. You have lost a frequent customer and I will spread the bad word about my experience Signed,Very disappointed in san clemente

Placed an online order for the food inside of the restaurant, left the restaurant for couple of minutes when came back to pick up my food all the doors where locked and employees inside where saying it’s drive through only. IT WAS 5:45PM, it was not a middle of the night. What if I just walked to the store and did not have my car, would I have to just walk through drive through????
