Food is good, but service was rude. As a customer who doesn't frequent Jersey Mike's, i wasn't familiar with all their processes and acronyms (like a made-up word that is supposed to mean "salt pepper vinegar oil?") I encountered four different staff and they all treated me the same way. Rather than explain and be patient, they would just annoyingly rapid-shoot the same shortened words as though I were an untrained nuscience they had to put up with. Customers don't want to be trained - they want to be served with kindness. I felt really small and even ended up just saying "yes" to order questions I didn't understand. Definitely didn't feel welcome and don't think I would return.

Since Covid, I wouldn't bother writing a negative review of a sandwich shop. However, Jersey Mike's is a chain and there is a boss somewhere who cares. Hope he or she sees this. Two employees: Big guy has lousy attitude. Smaller man hard working, friendly, polite. Big guy needs remedial customer service training. Had we not been so hungry, we would have left.Anyone can have a bad day but when one is consistently rude, dismissive, and ornery, maybe they need to take a break.The food was fine but the aggravation soured the experience.

Great subs and great service! The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh right in front of you and the ingredients are all high quality! All of the guys working there were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

just went in to pick up an online order and I'm never coming to visit this jersey Mike's again, I'll gladly drive the extra couple miles to San Clemente for better service. The employee was rude didn't say hi and a totally different experience that I've ever had at any jersey Mike's.he was a big man with a beard working Thursday morning at 10 AM March 2 .

I used to work at this location. I moved to Florida now, and I live in Boynton Beach. The location here is nowhere near as well trained and good. I was trained properly by these guys, and I always appreciate it. Thank you guys over in Cali. I'm sorry for the way I quit (knocking the cups over and cussing out Marco) I'm sure you guys got through it just fine. 5 stars!!!
