I cannot say enough good things about La Ventura. Amy, Makenzie, and all the other staff are amazing. They were all so professional and friendly from when we booked the venue back in summer 2022 till after the wedding was over in November 2023. Amy was honest and upfront from the beginning: no surprise fees or weird caveats in the contracts. She was also very frank about what add-ons we might want (or not want!), and we never felt like she was pushing us to spend more money or make any decisions we didn't want. During the wedding, there was a pretty significant hiccup with one of the other vendors, but the La Ventura staff handled it like champs - my husband and I had no idea there were any issues until they mentioned it after the wedding, as they kept everything running so smoothly. (Major kudos to their catering manager, whose name I can't remember...!) Plus the food was SO delicious. Our DJ even mentioned that he loves doing weddings here because he knows he'll get a great meal out of it!If we had to do it all again, I'd pick La Ventura without a doubt. 10/10.

We held my daughter's wedding here recently and I can't say enough nice things about the venue, staff, and management. When my daughter was looking for the location for her wedding, she asked for a beautiful location with delicious food. La Ventura was everything she wanted and more. From the very first meeting onsite their team was kind and easy to work with. Their communication through the entire process kept everything moving smoothly and ensured nothing was missed. On the day of the event, our guests were absolutely blown away. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We received so many complements... The team working our event were responsive to every request and they were genuinely kind humans which made the day that much more special. Thank you to La Ventura for a perfect day!

Forster Ranch Education Foundation hosted their annual Friends of FREF Spring Gala and Auction this year at La Ventura Event Center, and all of our guests fell in love with this venue. Our "Run for the Roses" Kentucky Derby theme event dazzled at this event space, and the venue was so welcoming to all of our ideas and went above and beyond to create a wonderful evening that helped to raise much needed funds for our local public schools. La Ventura staff and chef created a unique menu that featured some delicious southern style cuisine where our guests went back for more than one helping. The outdoor patio area was perfect for cocktail hour and holding our silent auction, and of course, the dance floor was perfect for our 170 plus guests. We look forward to our next gala happening at La Ventura next spring!

My daughter’s wedding was just cancelled as a result of a recent landslide at Casa Romantica . We immediately reached out to Amy from La Ventura for venue availability. While we ended up not booking there, I can’t say enough wonderful things about how Amy treated and handled the situation (and us). Amy showed us compassion, community spirit, integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I highly recommend working with Amy @La Ventura for any future events. You won’t be disappointed!

Our son and daughter-in-law had their wedding and reception at La Ventura this last weekend. It was absolutely beautiful and everyone commented what a super fun and well coordinated event it was. The food was excellent, they were incredibly organized and the staff was amazing. The bartenders were fun and did a fabulous job. Todd, the DJ with Epic Entertainment was such a low key and funny guy, and the wedding coordinator Ashley was incredibly patient and wonderful. We recommend this venue to anyone for any kind of an event.

La Ventura immediately opened their doors to all displaced brides to help on the dates that they could, honoring outside contracts and providing all kinds of last minute support. I did not end up relocating there for various other reasons but I will say that Amy, the venue coordinator, was amazing with her communication and willingness to be flexible. Prices seemed extremely reasonable and the venue itself looked very cute. Based on the incredible management and eagerness to accommodate, I would definitely recommend this venue to future couples.
