Just moved into the area and noticed a small cafe and have eaten there a couple of times and each time I went i noticed FLIES flying around on food and pastries. What a disappointment because the food is good ?

Any very unique restaurant. The menu is varied enough to make the choices interesting. Very active and loud lunch crowd today with a large number of birthday party participants. Ham and cheese panni short on frommage.

Love this place! They have the best breakfast croissants, quiche, etc., and their food is always fresh! Bottomless Mimosas are great too if you want brunch. Ocean view with great food can’t be beat! ???

Way over rated. It is Parisian in the sense that they are as inflexible and not customer service oriented. Food or coffee not so much . Just go to your local grocery store for better sandwiches Disappointing .

What a cute little spot to grab a pastry and a cup of coffee. This is exactly what we did on a beautiful Saturday morning. This quaint little French cafe was nestled between a main road and beautiful residential neighborhood with peek-a-boo views of the ocean. The have indoor seating with a few tables, but opted to sit outside to enjoy the always perfect weather in San Clemente. Greeted with a smile, we ordered an almond croissant, chocolate croissant, apple turnover, and 3 cups of hot coffee, which were all delicious and totally hit the spot! Perfect place to sit and catch up with friends!Merci beaucoup, Moulin!

Breakfast is excellent at this place. This is my 2nd time at this location. There's a walking trail near the beach. Service is great, and the staff are friendly. French decor posters to aMinimum. It's an excellent place for brunch after you walk the walking trail.

We had a horrible experience and unsatisfied service. Sandwiches we ordered never made it to the table after waiting for 4o minutes. After a few tables that came after us received their meals we realized something wasn't right. We approached the staff to notify them about our orders. Waited another 10 mins, at that point seemed like none of the staff cared enough that we had waited that long. Tables after tables received their meals, we still hadn't got ours. No explanations whatsoever, we decided not to wait any longer and asked for refunds on the sandwiches which we got and what felt like an empty apology. We ordered Le Parisien Ham and Cheese, Le Parisien Chicken Pesto, Crepe Nutella and Capuccino. Cappuccino was great and Crepe Nutella was good, too bad the sandwiches never came. Totally disappointed.

Teresa and Natalie are so sweet!!!! They have infectious smiles! Val the French man really brings the French ambiance! I would live here if I could. There is no other way to describe this place but as heaven on earth!

Been there three times in the summer when I'm reunited with my entire family. Loved the memory and this has made everything soft. The food was great, though could come slow. Soup is salty flavored for me, but everything else is great. Strangely, even the iced water was a thought on my mind now that I haven't been back for quite a while.

I live in San Diego but we were on the way to LA and stopped by here for a breakfast. It's a cute little cafe with a ocean view. I had vegetarian quiche and my husband ordered breakfast croissant. My quiche was good but I prefer to be a bit of dense. I also ordered almond croissant and asked them to heat it up but they didn't have a toaster which I found it to a bit odd giving it's a bakery place. Nonetheless it was good. They also had some classic French cakes which looked very good but I didn't get a chance to try them. Its a nice place and would love to come back to try other things when I'm in the area next time.

So I have been a patron here for years. Yesterday I bought 1 croissant and 1 raisin roll. Bill? 9.50$. I nearly turned around to question this and then said. NOPE. I am dine here. The coffee is truly lousy. It is close to the north beach area which is nice but from now on I’ll go downtown to the bakeries there. We WILL NOT return. Frankly I thought hard about grabbing a loaf of French bread. But the last one we had was lousy. Also the food choices were very meager. I don’t know why. But if you head down to Del Mar you’ll be happier. The coffee is better. And the money you spend will be more gratifying.

This place is pretty authentic. The food is traditional and good. lately the service is not as good & Almond Croissant is consistently small and overcooked. This place is moving in the wrong direction.

Nice little French bistro with a great view. The jambon fromage sandwich was decent. The baguette was a little stale. The coffee was very good and the service was excellent. Great for lunch.
