This story is now garbage...Food has gotten progressively worse and worse over the last year.Found out from drivers they don't get paid well, terrible hours, POOR MANAGEMENT and now I just had door dash deliver my pizza.... and of course, couldn't get change. Door dash doesn't carry change.I order from here for myself and my company 2-3 times a week... NOT ANYMORE. Cheating the systems and cheating customers. For Shame.***UPDATE***Took me 2 minutes to find the review section and write this... then get informed. Pizza AND wings are cold. Aren't the sauced wings suppose to come with sauce? So now I have to papa Murphy my pizza from papa johns.... hmm funny how that happens.

This has been our go to location for years and they always get our order right. Ready on time, ordering online is a prize. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program to get $10 off your purchase. Not much in terms of quality, but will do if you are not feeling like cooking. Plenty of easy parking and the staff is always friendly.

Placed an order for pizza. Pizza was delivered to the wrong location. The store marked the pizza as delivered. We called and they said wrong address was our fault. We went to the address where it was supposedly delivered because it was close. Turns out nothing was delivered at that address either. Called back. They agreed to deliver a "free" pizza. Still no delivery after 2 hours. They disconnected the call. Pizza was for the kids and we were out So we stopped by. Manager continued to insist it was our fault and was rude and argumentative. Terrible customer service.

First clue was employees kept coming out to smoke. I asked for the New Yorker, cheese with light sauce. What I got was a regular cheese pizza, a lot of sauce. The dough and chesse were hard and stuck together. It had to come right out of a freezer. That piece of junk could not of been made fresh, no way.. Was worst pizza I ever had.

Hate to say it but was here just a few nights ago and the employee at the counter was unnecessarily rude, like she had something personal against me. Maybe they are understaffed? Maybe she was having a bad day?

Placed an order on 10/30/22 for delivery on 10/31/22 - order wasn't delivered by 530 (requested 515)- so I called to check - was placed on hold - and after 14 minutes on hold - drove to the restaurant (6 minutes away) - walked in - while still on hold and asked the status of my order - was told it wasn't even started forgot I was on hold (oops) - but I could wait another 25 minutes for it to be made - I don't k ow who runs this joint - but wow - awful - I can promise this is the last Papa John order ever - don't waste you're money or time
The staff and management have no idea about what customer service is. I asked why I was charged nearly triple the online price as a walk in and they said because we have different prices. I asked for further explanation as I just couldn't understand the logic of two majorly different prices for the same item. They said that's the way it is. So I ended up paying nearly triple. I then asked for an extra sauce and she then went to go ring it up. I said seriously I just paid triple and you can't throw in a sauce and she said "Nope". Never again will I order here! They saved the cost of the sauce though lol.

35 minutes before closing and they refused my order. Honestly pathetic. I work in retail so I get not liking last minute customers but my son really wanted papa John's and we wanted one small pizza. Other locations will actually serve you during business hours and not turn you away, go there. These guys are a joke. If you can't do the job work somewhere else.

I made a pre order and scheduled the delivery for 6:45 pm, at 7:30 I called to check the status. The employee was very rude and told me he was to busy to deal with my issue and hung up. The food then arrived at 8 pm. I will never order from here again. Rude staff and terrible customer service.
