Ordered through doordash, unfortunately doordash no longer allowed me to order from the ladera store and this store was assigned.The chow mein looked and tasted so bad, so different from all the other pick up sticks I've been to. Yellow-y color instead of the brown ish color with the sauce that's supposed to have.The vegetables that I ordered with the bourbon chicken were completely raw. The water chestnuts tasted like they were VERY old -plain gross and I hope I don't get sick-The chicken was a decent portion but most of it was burnt and some pieces tasted like they needed more cooking so we just stopped eating the food.Also, NOT GLUTEN FRIENDLY! our NCGS person got glutened :(

Forgot to write about this a couple weeks ago but the manager at pick up sticks is awesome!!! I think her name is Maya. My wife ordered food in with extra sauce and it didn't come with the order so I swung by on the way home from work. No big deal. I told her what happened and she Not only gave me the perfect amount of sauces but she game me a voucher for a free meal! I wasn't expecting that but it made my day. She's awesome!

Several months ago there was a bone in my house chicken that I cracked my bottom back tooth on. I called the store to let them know, and aside from the generic "I'm sorry" I got from the girl (I think her name was Arielle) who answered the phone, there was zero sense of sincerity. I even brought the bone in to them so that they could communicate it to their distribution center, and I asked that a manager call me. Needless to say, no one did. I recently finished up the dental work needed to fix the tooth cases by the bone in their food. Very disappointed with the lack of attention from management on this.

So delicious! I had the Kung Pao Beef, I had it for dinner and lunch the next day. Ambience sucked. No other customers inside this tiny restaurant, but a lot of noise from the kitchen. The cashier was sortof meh, but after spending 10 min. inside the space, imo she's a trooper.

This place has been going downhill!! Sometimes they forget to include the rice. Another time they left me sitting waiting for my order for more than 40 minutes while they served others who ordered after I had. I was so disgusted that I asked for a refund and left emptyhanded. I had thought it was just the manager at the time but now I realize it is just LOUSY service from this location. Today I order a dinner item but it came with the chicken and rice all mixed together on a plate. How are we supposed to pass that at the dinner table? I called to ask for the reason for changing the packaging and was basically told "too bad". Save yourself some grief and go someplace else!!
Aryel made our dining experience very special. She is a class act. She was very kind and took additional time with us for the kids. We will be back.

Ordered the family meal (as we have multiple other times), but this evening I was very disappointed to find smaller containers for the General orange chicken entree and 1 side of fried rice! Paying extra for the side and less of one entree was not enough for the family as it had been multiple times before. Also the fortune cookies were not the advertised chocolate covered ones so that was an additional disappointment! Last time we are ordering from here! Tried calling immediately (6:30pm) but no one answered!
