Pizza Hut delivered a burnt cookie. Called for a refund, Chen was confrontational, told me I had to bring it to the store to return it, and would not give me a refund. This is the worst pizza establishment I've ever encountered in my 40 years. I will not be using Pizza Hut in San Clemente ever again

My friend ordered one small dinner box with the assurance it would be 50-60 minutes tops. An hour and a half later he called the store wondering why it wasn't delivered and they told him his order would now be an extra two hours. He nor I will ever order food from this place again

Lol cold fold, tiny chicken wings. Ordered pizza because it was a 30mim wait. Now I have to wait even longer to eat because they brought me the worlds smallest chicken wings.

absolute worst customer service. I've experienced rude customer service from two employees and even the MANAGER! Besides the unprofessional and rude attitude, they don't even say anything before hanging up the phone. and when given a coupon for $5 off because they ruined an entire order, the managers response was "what, is 5 bucks not enough for you?" I couldn't believe it

Ordered a pizza last night. Similar problem others had -- wanted just a simple 3 topping pizza with a deal they had online. Didn't meet the minimum order total so I tacked on some wings. What I hoped would be a $10 order turned into $25 with the wings (that we didn't even really need) and the delivery fee. Of course this doesn't include tip. So the pizza and wings take an hour to arrive. The driver did not follow the instructions I gave upon ordering and ended up going to the wrong house and disturbing my landlords. I finally got the pizza and tipped the driver, taking the total for a simple pizza and wings up to $30. Then, come to find out that the pizza is literally lukewarm. It was not even warm -- room temperature at best. And it got cold within a couple minutes of the box being open. The wings were warm but not hot. Keep in mind, this was a Monday night around 9 pm. The pizza hut was about 2 miles away from my house. Took an hour to make, got a cold pizza and wings for $30. Won't be ordering pizza from here again.

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Manager Jeremy Evangelista refused to replace a pizza (1 of 3 ordered) that wasn't correct - offered a $5 coupon instead of making it right. WTF?! I'm sick of customer service at an all time low these days and if I have to go on every social media outlet and put this store on blast, I will. Twitter and Instagram, here I come.

Got a carry out tonight was suppose to be half normal and half with no sauce when my husband got to our house I opened the box to see half of it was right and the other half had no cheese!! Wtf it was ordered online how do you get that wrong? Then I proceeded to call them and while on the phone they just acted d**** I get that you want to close and go home but come on really where is the customer service I'm so disappointed being in the food business myself

Our pizza order was supreme tonight! Fresh, hot and fast. I only wish I would have tipped our delivery man more. Thank you for stepping up your game. We are regulars out of convenience, but after tonight's order experience, we look forward to your delicious pizza & fantastic service! Give tonight's staff a raise!!

Took the kids in tonight. They both earned a free mini pizza coupon for reading. The gentleman was very kind and took the kids orders. They were so proud, and he took the time to congratulate each of them after their order. Pizza came out fast and the kids loved it! Great service and community support thank you!

After writing this review I peeked at others and they have a recurring problem with online delivery. Saw a commercial on Cable for buy a One large two topping pizza for $7.99 price was right, so decided to look up my local Pizza Hut. The website said this was an "online ordering special only" so great let's do it! I was hungry. It was 1230p when I started to fill out the order for the special when I got to checkout it said in order to receive delivery they had a minimum order of $9.99 and a $3.99 delivery charge that were not going to be included in the food order. So I had to empty the cart and start over to try to get my food/beverage order to $9.99. I figured adding two more toppings on top of the special two topping pizza making it 4 toppings would be sufficient. See photo. I only wanted the advertised special though. So what started out as a simple $7.99 plus tax pizza ended up totaling $17.22 at checkout or at time of delivery. That's 1 1/2 times more than what I intended to spend. But wait there is more, that doesn't include the tip for the driver either. At this point I felt a little taken advantage of like bait and switch. So I got taken. I'll proceed to checkout and never fall for this one again. When I checked out the time was 1240p with an estimated delivery time of 55 minutes to 65 minutes. That would put the delivery time right about 150pm. By 208p to 210pm it still showed making the order. I never got a phone call. By 221p the pizza still wasn't here (I never received a phone call) so I went online to check the status and it finally showed out for delivery. See photo. I decided to make my way outside of the apartment complex to make it easiest for the driver to find me. See photo. By 227pm. The driver showed up. I explained I wasn't at all happy with the time it took to receive the pizza. An hour and 50 minutes is how long it took to get the pizza which by the way was warm not hot and fresh. I'm sure it wasn't the drivers fault, I always tip well and he received an ample tip for his time. On the other hand shame on Pizza Hut for this horrible ordering experience. This was the first time using their delivery and next time I'll go to someone else.
