Good service, although I think they need more employees, since there were only two workers

Staff don’t care, specially the guys with the long beard. You need to reconsider their staff.

Just a bad Starbucks altogether. Long lines, bad service, mistakes on orders. Place is always dirty.

Waited 20 minutes for an iced tea when everyone behind me in line received their fancy coffee drinks in less than 10.

Ordered my drink online to pick up on the fly, got in the car and my peppermint mocha was only 2/3 full. Pretty frustrating.

I gave this starbucks too many chances. My drink is made wrong 90% of the time. The manager is great, but the employees can't seem to make a drink right or have a decent attitude. Everyone seems miserable. The young blonde with the black roots needs to find a different career. I thought it was just me that she liked to argue with but I've witnessed it multiple times with other customers. It's really simple to make a drink the way someone orders it but I guess for this Starbucks that's just not something they are capable of.

When I asked a staff person (barista) about the status of a mobile order, she looked at me like I was such an abomination for questioning her work pace. Mind you, I had been waiting 10 minutes and watched people come and go that arrived after me. I showed her my order time and submission on my phone and she walked over to the printer, to grab the printed sticker. She didn't even acknowledge that she missed it or just simply apologize for the minor oversight on her part, and additional waiting on mine. She just mildly rolled her eyes and proceeded to make the drink. I see this incident as proof that this 20-something year old generation: 1) can't ever be wrong or questioned; 2) customer service with a smile is dead. I wish they'd learn a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. Now I'm just annoyed and writing about it on Google and vow to never return to this location again- I'll go to Diedrich down the road, instead. I know, for a fact, their staff feel less entitled. They actually appreciate the business.

I want to start off with saying that everyone I have interacted with has been kind and helpful. My only criticism is the execution of my order. I order the same drink every time and always have a issue when I receive it. It's either missing something I paid extra for or has something I asked to be left out. Most of the time I don't realize it's made incorrectly until I get in my car. I should know better by now. I am only saying something now because it's ridiculous that I pay almost $8 for this drink. I got my order today (wrong) and went back to have it remade with no problem, but unfortunately my drink was mainly foam barley any coffee. I just took my L and walked out disappointed. :/

I'm a Starbucks girly but this location needs some serious TLC. Restrooms are really dirty- as in they didn't appear to be cleaned/stocked the night before and/or checked hourly as a restaurant/fast food location typically would (I visited this location at 10 am). Cold case was a disaster and the coffee counter was covered with coffee (spilled and slopped all around)- no one was actively attending it and moving pickup orders to pickup station or maintaining the space. It was a cluster f of coffee/baked goods. Seemed like every table was dirty.Idk I hate to sound like such a complainer but when paying $6 for a coffee I've come to have some expectations.
