Not a bad Starbucks location here at the San Clemente Outlets. I usually stop by when I come to the OC Cars & Coffee event here every Saturday morning. 9 - 11 am.Today was just like another Saturday. It was super busy, it took us about 30 minutes from the ordering line, to when we got our coffees. I think it went quick, considering the amount of people that were there.The staff kept the line moving, still, the cashier was kind and welcoming. No complaints here. This is my 4th time coming to this Starbucks during Cars & Coffee.Great atmosphere, great coffees.

I actually really dislike coming to this Starbucks. The service is actually quite terrible. The store was staffed with about six individuals and I stood in line for about 25 minutes, I definitely am familiar with how fast Starbucks lines move. It's safe to say that most everybody gets coffee at Starbucks. We are all familiar with how fast Starbucks works, how they work, and what to expect. I stood in line, watching multiple of the employees messing around, laughing at their personal jokes, and showing each other things on their phones, while the entire line just stood still, and waited for their order to be taken. There seemed to be a particular individual responsible for the slow pace, a gentleman with a black adidas hat, and a bit of facial hair, taller, who was the source of all the jokes. Everyone was lured in by this individuals mindset, clearly void of any consideration of patrons. I'm running late For a photo shoot already, and I almost just left. But we have to get the coffee right? We waited for our turn, and once our order was put in, the coffee came out more or less immediately. This was a nice relief, as we had somewhere to be,I just wonder if the branch is aware of these missed opportunities resulting in negative customer experience. I'm very familiar with the Starbucks brand and model, and this store definitely doesn't meet their standards. I am familiar with Starbucks, their mission and values is to inspire the human spirit one person, one cup, one neighborhood at a time. All partners are responsible for creating a culture of warmth and belonging, where everyone is welcome, being present, connecting with transparency, dignity, and respect, and delivering the best, and all they do, holding themselves accountable for their results. These mission statements are actually so amazing, I adopt a lot of these as my own in my own business place. Unfortunately, this location did not show these attributes and are failing to meet expectations according to Starbucks' model. This will be a location I only go to as a last resort.

This Starbucks cafe ☕️ enjoys a nice location. It’s just another Starbucks, but with a slow slow slow service. A line of 15 people is served by a one person who’s time off the cashier equals the time there.

Cashier picking her scabs and messing with her hair while taking our order... just to serve us food?? Gross... when I worked at Starbucks back in the day if you touched ANY part of your body you had to wash your hands immediately. Oh how Starbucks standards have changed...
