I got into a fairly long line, and an employee said no more orders because they close at 7. It wasn't even 7. You guys are rude and out of touch. McDonald's isn't ideal, but they're happy to take my money and have MUCH better service. This isn't an isolated incident. 90% of your Orange County stores are horrible.

This is my favorite Starbucks of all time. I drive all the way across town just to come to this location. Sanchez makes it that much more special, his high vibing energy is contagious and everyone is always so kind and courteous even the customers! I've never had a bad experience coming here. Thank you guys for all that you do.

Was treated as a problem when asking about a mobile order that was meant to be done 12 minutes prior. No line and nobody waiting. Turns out it had just been sitting on the counter outside the ovens. No bag, nothing. No apologies, nothing. Just handed it to me at the register. I said thank you and received a "ya". Always had a great experience with morning and day time baristas. Avoid at all possible in the evenings I guess.

This location is notorious for turning off the "order ahead" function on their Starbucks app.... It's extremely frustrating because every other Starbucks location in the area always has this feature available but it seems like this team never wants to accept mobile orders.

Shanchez is one of the nicest most friendliest people. I loved interacting with him! Then I had the pleasure of watching him with other guest . He is so kind! Definitely deserves accolades, a promotion , and a raise!

It's very sad that the store hours are 5am and No Starbucks employees wants to come to work. I have been waiting for over an hour I hope that Starbucks will hire New Employees to Work because this is Ridiculous.

I get being busy makes order waits exponentially longer for some people but being ignored for ten minutes when waking into an establishment, while you look for eye contact, that is being avoided by Starbucks employees like the plague..... it's just not good business. To make guests feel like a nuisance when we're the reason for the companies revenue and a just ridiculous. No hospitality whatsoever when you're a little stressed at having to work. I don't understand the poor quality of service and courtesy that this store has.

The drinks and food here are amazing! The baristas are also super kind and they are really good at making drinks. My only complaint is that sometimes the music inside can get too loud, which makes it difficult to study or work.

Ordered on post mates on order I placed I wanted 6 sriracha packets to go with the 2 breakfast sandwiches and coffees. They gave us one packet. Why have the option to say exactly how many packets you want with your food if your workers are just going to ignore it.

Welcome to your local dog pound... Last time I remember it's against the health code that pets are not allowed in restaurants where food is prepared and served... 2 dogs today! Got to love the stupid selfish and self righteous dog owners... Alive and well in SC. And Starbucks doesn't do or say anything (and yes they can)
