I can nearly guarantee that you will not find a better coffee place around. Hands down the best and cheapest beans. $15 for a bag of the house roast beans has been my go to for years now. You can tell the roasters here really care about what they make, it’s incredible :)

This is the artsiest cafe I’ve ever been in, and not too expensive for a quality latte. (4.75 as of feb 2024) Everyone is wearing an intentionally distinct clothing style, and there’s a graphic designer to my left and a sketch artist in front of me.Friendly and prompt service, Plenty of seating, wifi, some outlets, open and clean bathrooms, so this cafe has everything I’d want.

Came in with my Bf at the perfect time it got so busy so quickly right before closing & I got the special Valentine's drink , iced mocha raspberry w the special cold foam & he got his own drink too.. both were sooo so good & what we were looking for. Though it was around $7 for the coffee & tea, it was so much more worth it than a $7 starbucks drink ofc & I would 1000% get it again. Came out very quick too for how busy it was, they keep the seating area clean too.

Slowest, rudest baristas. Always a 20+ wait for coffee. I never learn my lesson and am always disappointed with the lack of customer service. The baristas go out of their way to be bitches. Place feels cold and sterile. Literally will never go back. Made my bad day worse

This place was HELLLLAAA busy when we came in, so if you're looking for a place on the quieter end, maybe try coming in outside of the 11am-2pm window! the coffee itself was good but didn't wow me, the vanilla flavor was there in the cold brew and the ladies were really nice ! I can see why it was busy because the ambiance is really surfer-beach vibe and they seem to have a good environmental awareness

One of the must-stop spots for me whenever I am in Southern California. Their coffee is incredible, and most important, it's always consistent. I had some fresh baked pastries the other day, absolutely amazing.
Nothing to write home about.... My wife and I came here December 31 for a end of the year coffee treat.... We ordered the marzipan latte and a vanilla latte. Both tasted weird and not good at all. Also ordered a cinnamon roll which was just ok( go to calypso Cafe down the street for the most gooey and delicious cinnamon rolls). We had much higher hopes for this place. But in the end I would have been happier with Starbucks.... Barristas were chatting the whole time instead of focusing on their drinks. They even let someone with a puppy behind the counter next to the food and drinks. We will not be coming back. If you are looking for good coffee or latte's, BEAR COAST is the spot.
