Best breakfast burritos in town! I would order their meatless breakfast burrito at least once a week. Still thinking about the breakfast burrito and haven't had any comparable ever since. We should have ordered a few and frozen them. Extremely sad they have closed and retired but also very happy for them

The Grill is a fantastic breakfast and lunch spot on El Camino. Breakfast plates are always fantastic and you cannot go wrong with whatever it is you order. Good drinks as well, especially the smoothies. Nice views from the back patio, and a small parking lot.

Their Machaca burrito Stinks!! If ya substitute beans instead of potato's extra charge $$$ Or have bell peppers instead of jalapeños (the ones ya put on nachos) $$$ extra charge. Hey genius's a "Machaca" has bell peppers.. why don't ya just make what's on your menu & stop screwing over your local customers!!! Here's a link for your management on how to make a Machaca

Don't order the avocado toast, it sucks. They use a spread from the grocery store - no avocados on it. And don't order for "free delivery" on Door Dash, they added the delivery food to the cost of the item you ordered. "Free delivery" but the food cost $8 more. Won't order again.

We would give it zero stars if it were possible. San Clemente has so many nice friendly places to dine and the Grill is not a good choice. The Owner is not a nice person and very rude. Giving your business to this establishment would be a shame as other places have owners who treat customers respectfully.

We stopped in Sam Clemente for a late breakfast and found ourselves at The Grill. My BF ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon and I ordered the Machaca burrito. I have to say that the spicy carnitas mixed with all the other flavors and topped off with their salsa was the best breakfast burrito I've ever tasted. My BF found his burrito to be really nice, as well. If I'm in the area again, this will be a must stop.

This place consistently has the best food! The Machaca Burrito or Spuds are the go-to breakfast orders for our office. How do they make the Spuds so crispy and creamy at the same time?? Truly magical breakfast food.. add crispy bacon to these and it's perfection. Food is quick, delicious, and hot every single time (and we order here often!). Online ordering is a snap and the staff is always friendly, too. Highly recommend.

First time stop on a routine commute up from meetings in San Diego and THE GRILL was a delightful surprise.On my quest to find south OC’s best veggie breakfast burrito - The Grill in San Clemente comes in hot and juicy. The size was impressive and appropriate for the price around $10 and comes out to basically two meals.Eggs, cheese, veggies, and avocado hit just right and barely fit in the tortilla. Asked for no potatoes as that’s a post burrito nap waiting to happen.The house made sauce was some sort of mystery blended Chili deliciousness that was enjoyed to the very last drop.Pics for size proof(my index finger is about average for an adult male.)
