We order ZPizza every time we visit Cali. And, it’s my go to place when I want to send my cousin a meal from across the country. Their staff is so helpful. Their food is delicious. I feel valued and cared for as a customer. I also like that they get our orders right.

I am a long time customer but we have had two bad pizzas in a row and will have to take our business elsewhere from now on. We figured the first time was a fluke but was disappointed again this weekend. The last pizza was like school cafeteria pizza. So something is wrong with your quality control but I can't keep paying premium prices for mistakes. I tried to contact the store through the website but received no reply.

Our Zpizza in San Clemente does an outstanding job. They always put together great quality pizzas that are always hot. Delivery times are quick. The staff and the restaurant are helpful and willing to help resolve any issues that come up. Strongly recommend. Lots of good, healthy pizza options too. They always use great quality ingredients. Best for takeout or delivery. Super limited seating inside the restaurant. Very limited seating outside the restaurant. Plenty of parking.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. They've got quite a few pizzas on their menu that don't have any meat that tastes great. They also have a gluten-free crust that tastes great.Kid-friendliness: Cheese, pizza and pepperoni pizza, need I say more? Yes the food for kids is pretty basic but tastes great. And kids like eating it. If you got a kid with gluten allergies, they have a gluten-free pizza crust that tastes great too.

First experience taking the family to Zpizza, and it was a better experience than expected. I had imagined a case full of 12-hour old pizza slices that we would choose from… we’ll just say I was uninspired to go, but the kids were hungry! I keep being told it’s my job to feed them so off we went! The service first impression was friendly and positive right off the bat, and it got better pretty quick… because instead of stale slices we were able to build our own and have it made right then and there just like the “other place” we usually go to. So the kids were automatically in because they love to order their own pies. When we received the food, everything was great. The crust was just right, which was way beyond my expectations. We were pretty stoked on the overall experience. Go there! Get pizza!

Ordered pizza and a salad at 5:30pm and del time was given for 6:30pm. Called at 6:45 and they said another 2 min - finally showed up at 7:30pm. 2hrs....seriously.....if you can't deliver, don't take the order!!! No apologies and didn't seem to care. It's good to be busy in post Covid but blows on an easy order to get completely shafted....should have ordered from Papa John's

You guys need to change your closing time to 7pm. This is the 2nd time you wouldn't take my order due to the kitchen closing. 5 stars!

I keep trying to like this local establishment but again they disappoint. When you pay 40$ for a pizza you expect that they can make it correctly, instead the crust is burnt and the sausage missing. One previous occasion the forgot the sauce (how does that happen?). Another soggy uncooked crust, this time, no sausage. When I called the store… we can give you five dollars off on the next pizza. Really? No thanks! No won’t ever be back.

My husband and I have ordered at this location multiple times per week on a regular basis for months. Unfortunately when I called to order tonight, I asked for the exact same thing I ordered yesterday (everything is kept on file) and when the manager repeated my order back from yesterday, he did not repeat it accurately so we created a new order to ensure there was no confusion (with the same thing I ordered yesterday). When it arrived, it was not correct, so I called to advise and ask them to please deliver it as ordered and they said OK. Then the manager called back to dispute what I ordered *which actually took me 5x longer to order than yesterday due to the manager taking the order not listening and talking the entire time I was trying to repeat my order... which I repeat... they had in the system...from LAST NIGHT. He became defensive and very rude and sadly our business with ZPizza is now concluded. It's a shame... because up to this point, it is the BEST pizza we have ever had. But, respect for others trumps flavor.In response to the owner: it would not let me reply to your request. The order id is AABKBKT8AEAH you should be able to pull the profile attached to the order and see what we ordered yesterday vs. what was delivered today. The person who took the order is the one who us called back after I calmly called to advise of the mix-up (because we still wanted our delicious pizza) and request a replacement, he was very defensive and regarding his order taking, and claimed to be the manager.
Extremely poor customer service from the manager at this location, which is super disappointing as we have frequented this location and never had an issue prior. The manager took the order incorrectly and the wrong pizza was delivered. After calling and advising the location of the error, the manager called back to defend his accurate order taking rather than resolve the issue.

There are plenty good pizza places to choose from and I love them all for different reasons. I come to ZPizza because I'm obsessed with their Mexican Pizza. Always hot, never greasy or over cooked and ready to go on time at this location. Friendly service and convenient ordering through Yelp/Grubhub. No complaints here! Thanks San Clemente ZPizza!

Came in and grabbed a couple slices and the staff was super friendly, food was hot and delicious I even ate the crust of the pizza it was so tasty! The young man who takes the orders there is definitely a valuable person to keep, he was friendly, courteous and helpful and went beyond his job description to make our experience a great one!

The pizza was fine but their website charged the wrong card using a saved one instead of the one I entered in. I called the store immediately after placing the order and the guy on the phone said he could not fix it then and refused to cancel the order so I could just reorder. However, he promised and assured me he would call me back to fix it but never did. Not a reflection on the food but I was expecting better service.
