I've left three voice messages to see if my digitalCake order went through. I can't get a hold of anyone at this store to see if we have a cake coming or if I need to order elsewhere? It's this weekend. Is there no way to talk to anyone? Just trying to confirm so I don't mess up a bday this weekend. Can anyone respond?

Smells like a toilet in there. Awful smell. I asked the worker why it smelled so bad he told me he only scooped ice cream. Owner/manager pls fix the horrid toilet like smell.

This store has nice and helpful employees and great tasting ice cream, but no upkeep on the appearance of the shop itself… the entrance door is always dirty with smudged hand prints all over it… and ice cream freezers glass and the stainless steel parts (where the customer stands in front of it to order) also needs cleaning. The owner of the shop has the radio on political stations instead of some happy music for their customers who come to have their scope of ice cream away from politics. Some relaxing and happy music would be more appreciated. I have been to other Baskin Robbins stores, and never encountered dirty glass doors or radio being on political podcasts!!! The ⭐️⭐️⭐️ are for the nice employees and good ice cream flavors.

The ice cream and servers are great, but the manager is obviously a very bad person. She snaps at the teenagers who are working very hard. The store windows are unkempt and not clean, the manager is running a shop at the lowest possible cost, which makes the location an eyesore in an otherwise modern shopping center.

I was looking for a customized cake for my son’s birthday celebration. Nisha at this B&R location was of great help. She managed to help with the cake decorator too to ensure the cake had the preferred design. In all, it was a great experience and would highly recommend Nisha and thanks for her efforts.

I love this Baskin-Robbins. The staff is so very nice. I had the pleasure of ordering ice-cream from Nisha. She is so personable and kind. The ice-cream is always delicious. Thank you Nisha for such great service.

The teenagers employed here are super friendly, reminding me of my once teenage self. However, I kindly request that the management address the issue of the leaking roof promptly, as water is visibly seeping out of the light fixtures. This poses a safety concern for both employees and customers, and it's essential to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.The ice cream scoops, shakes, and toppings are absolutely delicious!

So dirty, the ice cream containers were empty(no mint chip or cotton candy) and the employees were rude. Like we were disturbing him. The ice cream is good though.

My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday recently and had a campout themed party. She absolutely loved her ice cream cake! Beautiful and delicious! We provided the decorations, gave them the theme, and then picked up this amazing cake. If you're looking for ice cream cake, I highly recommend them!
Elizabeth the new employee was super helpful!! She was very understanding and open when I hesitantly asked for samples. She recommended great options to me when I said I liked chocolate. I got the chocolate mousse royal single scoop in a cup.

3rd time I tried to get cherry jubilee ice cream there. I called this time before ordering on DoorDash and they said they had. ordered and they didn't have again. also ordered a diet bottle coke and got canned regular. they need to get menu up to date. poor customer service

This, as well as many other ice cream cakes, have been super delicious and a total hit! We are very picky and absolutely loved this icing on the cake ice cream over vanilla cake. I turned around for a second and through seconds and thirds, it was all gone! Scrumptious! Will order again and again. And can I just add, the owner is amazing! Super helpful, attention to detail, wants you to be extremely happy. That's why we keep going back.

I would give this Baskin Robbins a million stars if I could! My daughter found a cake on the internet and we brought a photo in to see if the team here could duplicate it. Not only did they duplicate it, but they made it even better and cuter than the original. My daughter and I were so, so happy. Nisha was a huge help and we are so grateful! We'll be getting our cakes here every year.
