We had the best birthday celebration because of their character cake! Cake was beautiful and extra cold/frozen so it made it home with plenty of time to sing and cut with friends -and that says a lot during a hot summer night. Best surprise was that Barbie had legs!! I had no idea it was a full doll to keep when I purchased. I didn't think to ask. Assumed it was just the top half since the dress was the ice cream cake. Lots of cakes available in the evening to choose from last minute. Customer service was great, they made a sign for Barbie to hold that was a cookie. See pic!They boxed it as best they could but unfortunately the cake was too large so the dress had parts pressed up against the box all around. Still made for a great cake!

When will one have the option of no stars? The worst customer service on the planet. You would assume that anytime you get ice cream- you should be happy. Not the case with this place. Got an email about national ice cream day - and went in for a bogo cone. They have posters on the outside promoting in. The app is a piece of crap and never works. I went in and showed the kid over the counter that I was logged in online but my app kept giving me an error message- he got DEBBIE... whom I'm assuming is a manager? I explained the situation and she was beyond rude telling me it was too bad, that "how would she know if the coupon hadn't expired?" It's like... really? You just have like 4 posters with todays date. I almost left but my boyfriend got his app on android working. Why and how do people like this even have a job?!? Please revisit your hiring practices and get your apps to work.

I really like this location. The workers here are very helpful and nice the customer service is awesome. I've ordered custom cakes here and they come out beautiful. They are decorated with so much care and time, thank you for the effort. This is one of the best Boston Robbins in San Diego. They are so accommodating. They even accepted a special request on the cake that I thought they might not. I just love the ice cream cakes here. You could choose from so many flavor options. Of course whenever we come here to order cakes we get our ice cream fix. There's so many flavors to choose home and everything taste so good. I love getting the Sundays here. It reminds me of when I was young. I wish they brought back rum raisin. My current favorites are always the classic, mint chocolate chip and butter pecan. There's a few tables that you can sit and enjoy your ice cream in the nice cool AC dining room. We take advantage of this during those really hot days. I love taking my nieces and nephews here because it's such a big treat for them and it makes me happy to see them happy!

Been frequenting this ice cream place. Mostly happy with it. Then today the guy behind the counter wouldn't wait on me. Told me to wait. Then he never told me he was ready. So eventually I left.

Clean, quick and tasty. Love potion number 31 was a delicious combo of chocolate and raspberry, and the scoops are more generous than I remember. Of course, prices have increased a n you now pay extra for a cone.

I got a cappuccino blast and instead of being liquidy like it is at other Baskin Robbins stores, it was a very hard sludge that was nearly impossible to drink with a straw. When the cup was still nearly 2/3 full it became essentially ice. I had to wait a couple hours until it melted sufficiently to drink it, and it did not taste at all like the usual cappuccino blast's I get from Baskin Robbins. I suspect that the server did not use enough of the liquid mix as the taste was very "weak". Since all the Baskin Robbins locations should use the same recipe I am puzzled why this location can't deliver the usual BR quality. Hope they would improve because the location is convenient for me.

The guys here are so nice and sweet. We've had the same person help us twice now, and even though he probably doesn't remember us, he is always very nice when he helps us. Wish they had name tags so I could give him a shout out!They were very busy when we went and it was a little confusing where the line to order starts and where the already-ordered-but-waiting-for-them-to-make-it starts.

Let me just say the guy and young girl working tonight we're killing it, they were working hard and trying to get to everyone promptly! Now the older lady throwing towels and micro managing making everyone feel uncomfortable was so uncalled for! If you want to act like that how about helping serve instead of acting like a child! Hope the other 2 see this bc you guys were awesome
